0 stars would be a more accurate but the 1 star goes to the young guy who was at the register. I ordered a chicken rotisserie spinach wrap. The young girl (with either false eyelashes or extensions) proceeded to start it. When she put the cheese on the wrap and was about to proceed to put the chicken as well and it all in the oven, I stopped her and asked if she could heat the meat and cheese separately because the wrap cannot withstand the oven and they literally "PUFF UP". I had to repeat myself 3 times before she did so and just threw the meat and cheese in the microwave. My biggest issue is not that she doesn't know her job, but her attitude. This girl got a snotty attitude, rolled her eyes, and made noises in disappointment, like she could not believe I asked her to make the wrap how I wanted it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have this exact wrap at least twice a week at many different locations and have NEVER once had to even correct them or deal with a bad attitude. The lady behind the counter was new and very nice which is why they get 2 stars at all, but the older lady who was at the cash register (we see her in there all the time, maybe she's the manager?) told us our coupon wasn't valid, although the expiration is clearly not till the end of this month, it was used in the right location, and we avoided all the sandwiches listed as excluded on the coupon. She was trying to say the Supreme Meats sandwich was excluded when it clearly only listed other sandwiches as excluded (the Monster, the MexiCali, and the TurkeyCali Club). Then she tried saying that all the "new" sandwiches should be considered excluded. Excuse me? If that was the case they'd all be listed as excluded on the coupon then! She acted like the machine wouldn't take the coupon when it clearly rang up fine. Every time we go in she finds some reason to try to get out of honoring the coupons that are mailed out every month or so. Very disappointed in this...

When in for dinner with my girlfriend. There was one person ahead of us waiting. First thing we here is this customer saying "Let's try this again..". As we step up to make our order he walks past us and says "Good luck". That should have been our queue to leave but the girlfriend insisted we stayed to not be rude. Well we should have walked out. The girl behind the counter was either drunk or on drugs. She proceeded to sloppily cut the breat and add the ingredients. Used the wrong cheese I asked for. Over cooked both our sandwiches. Dropped half the chicken off of my sandwich on the floor when pulling it out of the oven. Then when I asked for lettuce she noticed ONE tray was empty while the other in front of her was completely full, then as she unnecessarily added fresh lettuce she did not get a clean tray and proceeded to spill lettuce all over the other ingredients.
