Yesterday I walked into the Great Wall and was sort of greeted by the lady at the front. She had food in her mouth and simply opened her mouth letting the chewed food fall out onto a paper towel that was sitting on the desk top. That was kind of gross. I told her I was there to pick up two orders to deliver. One order was done and sitting there. She told me they had not put together the second order. I asked if they could please do that. She went about putting together an order only to tell me she put together the wrong order! A man came in and it was his order. Then the phone was answered a few times and another customer helped. I had the feeling my second order was not getting completed, so I again asked about it. It was not being worked on…. At all! I finally told her it was ridiculous that I hadn’t received the second order so I can make my delivery! She went to the back and had a talk with the folks working and they started making my second order. They wasted a lot of my time for no apparent reason! They were not busy and there was no effort to assist me in any kind of a...

Tried ordering on the app on Christmas Day. After ordering I got an email that it was voided and to call the restaurant which I did. They said they were having tissues with their site and I needed to order over the phone. The app charged me twice ($95 each) and I had to order over the phone and pay $95 a third time and wait a week for the other 2 charges to be refunded. Super annoyed but ordered anyway because not much else was open in the area and we needed to get to a movie. At the end of ordering my $100 worth of food I’m then told “by the way it’s cash only tonight.” Seriously? How about you start the conversation with that.

I live 6 mins away from the restaurant and when I got home everything was warm….not hot. The lo mein seemed unseasoned. Had to add my own soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to give it any color or flavor. The icing on the cake was when I ended Christmas with awful food poisoning while also being 34 weeks pregnant. This place will never get my business again. Would not recommend. I’ll stick with Asia Inn..:they just weren’t open...

HORRIBLE. would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered the egg drop soup as well as other food which tasted fine. But the egg drop soup had a foul odor that stunk up my entire kitchen and dining area. The egg had disgusting slimy pieces in it. I smelled it when it was delivered but I personally do not eat that so told my boyfriend and when he got home he as well could see and smell how bad it is. Called them at 7:30 pm and spoke with a man who then told me to hold on as he proceeded to put a RUDE ( what I would assume manager) on the phone. The manager proceeded to tell me he could not find my receipt. He spoke to me as though I was lying about the fact that I ordered from there today! He then says “ what do you want to do” I told him I am not coming up there tonight as it’s 7:30 at night. I asked if he could take my name or number and I could come in tomorrow. He then.
