Neveria El Bar — Restaurant in Brighton

This place definately gets 5 stars. I love ice cream and this business has some great stuff. All sorts of frozen goodies. It goes without saying I highly recommend this shop in fact it's my favorite place to go in the city and I go everyday. The banana split ice cream is just outstanding. F..kin succulent. I just ain't got the words for this one guys. Just go there and see what I mean. You can't be disappointed. They're friendly and this is an honest business so you could say it's your civic duty to go have an Ice cream cone😀. There's lots of Mexican frozen treats and the menu is in Spanish so it pays to know what yer gonna order or rather know what the items on the menu are refering to like, what the English counterpart is you dig? If you don't know, it pays to ask questions and you won't have any difficulty. Remember, they serve a good selection of hard, gormet, ice cream as well as all varieties of frozen sweets so plan on trying em all. Finally, it's important to support your local community and I can think of no better way than to stop by and treat yerself to some frozen delights during this hot Colorado summer. Also, if your able, give em a good review once you've tried they're stuff. I want them to stay in brighton for a good long time. Ok so now it's been around a month since I first reviewed. I gotta admit I been there everyday🤫. I'm still given this place 5 stars and wish I could give em 10. There's all kinds of frozen goodies on the menu and it comes quick, affordable and as advertised. It's the hidden gem of Brighton. Not kidding. This little ice cream shop rocks! Gotta upgrade this. It's 10 months since the previous review and I gotta say, it's still greatest ice cream shop in Brighton. I been there countless times now and I ain't got a single complaint. P.s. please "like"...

I went in tonight and never again. The costumer service was horrible. I got a fresa horchata drink and a few more things for my cousins. I took a sip of my drink and it tasted expired. I even took slight sips and I couldn’t drink it. It was sour and tangy. I even asked my cousin if I was crazy and he said it was bad. I decided to turn my car around and go in to tell them if I could just get another horchata because the one I got tasted expired. I said I was sorry and I returned the drink basically full to the top. I work in costumer service and the way I was ignored and treated there was crazy. The girl was not happy and when I finally got my drink, I said thank you 3 times and I was ignored. If you don’t like your job then don’t work in costumer service. I got an expired drink and I wasn’t going to just throw it away. I was able to go in and explain what happened, yet they were so rude for no reason. I was polite and I even apologized for asking to get another drink....

Moved to brighton last year and would always drive to denver for a place like this! I finally convinced my husband to try this place and it was soooo worth it! Definitely worth every dollar spent! We are excited to continue coming and trying all the different things they have. Some of the items on their menu I've never seen in any other store so definitely looking forward to coming back! I'm sure it won't dissapoint when we try the new things, the whole family was happy with...
