Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brighton

This place either needs to be completely re-staffed or just shut down all together. Placed an order for 3 medium 2 topping pizzas at 7:19pm on New Year’s Eve. After over an hour of waiting and no status update on the delivery, we called the store, just to be put on hold for a good 20mins. When someone finally took our call, we were told that our pizzas were just coming out of the oven and the ETA for our order was about 35-40mins out. The driver finally pulled up at 21:34 with pizzas that were not only cold, but one of the pizzas was a small instead of a medium, all 3 pizzas were not just burnt but close to cremated, no extra cheese and the toppings were about non-existent. Pieces of paper and cardboard were the toppings we could find on our pizzas. So we called back and asked for the order to be redone. We were “promised” the order would go out before their early New Year’s Eve closing. No timeline given. When an hour later, no pizza arrived at our house, we called back just to find out, they closed shortly after we called. The no-care attitude and the way they handle their customers and food is absolutely unacceptable. Management needs to get a handle on the staff they employ at this location, as it is an insult to any customer they serve or not. Disgusting and will report not only to corporate but also this place needs to be inspected for their food handling. Thanks for ruining our New Year’s Eve...

DO NOT PATRONIZE. The food is average but this store does not live up to the brand advertisements. Two issues. I encountered a problem with their claim to deliver pizza to the car. I saw that my order was done and called. It took almost 10 minutes to come out to my car long after I called and it was ready. This problem was not worth a bad review but the second one is. I decided to stop in and order today and left to shop at KS. I had difficulty opening the door when I left. I returned and saw my order was ready on the display, but the door would not open. It appeared stuck. The woman at the counter had her back to me and was taking calls and folding boxes. I knocked hard for 5 min., waved my hands as people walked by, rang the door bell but no one would help me. I then shook the door and one guy finally came out. He could not open the door and went into another room and all of a sudden, the door opened. It was locked. Here us the worst part, he told another employee to get me out of their quickly and stated with his back to me, you know you could use a phone. The employee quickly got my order and the woman who ignored my knocking finally turned around and said, can I take your order. WOW! So disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have been a regular customer for years, but we just learned of my daughter having a lot of food allergies. She misses pizza but occasionally we try to get her something she can eat. We have ordered her gluten free pizza without cheese in the past and every time it has come burnt. I explained this to the salesperson and requested just a little bit of extra toppings and sauce, just so that it wouldn't burn. I even stressed that i didn't want double toppings. The sales person explained that they had to charge me 2 dollars for every additional topping, and that they couldn't adjust the temperature on the ovens. I then requested to speak to a manager. The manager then echoed the same response claiming that they couldn't just add a little bit of extra toppings because they were already overused on cheese, and that if they gave me a little bit of extra toppings, they would lose their bonuses. On a small personal pizza extra toppings will lose you your store's bonuses. Pathetic. So sad to see how little respect there is here for the customer especially in the special circumstance of food allergies and when the product has come completely burnt every time.
