Very upset ordered large mushroom and sausage and I got onions peppers, nasty raw onions, and we ordered white pizza that was not even done the crust was raw dough. The gluten free pizza they put anchovies only no onion no sausage , no pepperoni. The GF pizza was a deluxe . Hopefully that was gluten free because there is an allergy here. Then the white pizza was so dry undercooked and just plain nasty. The small pepperoni was no better then Chef boy R D but this was a lot of money we paid. I call to talk to the manager and the poser answers saying he's the manager "Robbie" when I asked the last name he said um Real course" "Robbie " he was whispering which tells me no manager is on duty watching these kids. Not to mention they answered the phone and set it down and I was talking to no one. Very rude. If you think your gonna get good service here or even have a real hard working person helping you when in need. Its not not like it used to be, just nasty. I'm disappointed because the prices are to high to creating such havic with the uncooked pizza , all wrong toppings and have bad service. And have a liar on the payroll, hes a poser and tries to act as if he is a manager but yet is whispering and won't give me his last name that's not a manager that's child with no class and does not deserve a job.. Terrible food. Waste of $75, which is awful to just throw away. I’ve given this location multiple chances. Then I decided to stop going there, because it’s awful every time. Thought I’d take a chance going back a year later, out of convenience. This visit trumped them all. Last time I will ever go to this location. I’m done. Ordered 2 large speciality pizzas, which tasted weird and weren’t cooked thoroughly. Doughy. Both cold. 12 dozen extremely overpriced wings, that honest to God, looked like they went out back and ripped them straight off the chickens. Drum and wing parts still connected and the deformed looking. Pointy, sharp and hollow bones sticking 1.5 inches plus, out of several of them with no meat or skin on the exposed bones. One was just exposed bones with skin only on it. Little chicken hairs still on them. They weren’t even coated with sauce completely. The box of jojo’s were cold, dark, soggy and looked like they’ve been soaking in oil for an hour. How on Earth, they even thought it was acceptable to let that food leave there, in the first place, is mind blowing. I threw the jojo’s out, 8 of 11 (shorted one) of the wings, as well, and we ate half the pizzas. Needless to say, we all had upset stomachs and ended up in the bathroom, all evening. Never again. We ordered lunch last week, a pizza and 24 wings. Received the order and the wings were undercooked, but the pizza was pretty good. I called the store and had a polite conversation with Justin who offered to bring 24 more wings out to our office, but since only had one hour for lunch, we opted to get a rain check for the 24 wings. Exactly a week later, we called the store to redeem the raincheck with a new delivery of 24 wings, as offered. Spoke to a argumentative David who argued with me that the offer was not for 24 wings, but 12 wings. So insulting, he was making it sound like I was trying to get 12 wings for free, so NOT the case. I asked him if he really wanted to argue about 12 wings??? At which case, he was arguing that the wings were not undercooked last week. Granted, they were not raw, but pinker than I , and my coworkers would not eat. They ended up in the trash that day. Anyways, ended up hanging up the phone on this person as he was rude and insulting. Needless to say, I won't be ordering again from this place. I think he should have discussed this with Justin, the person I talked with last week, before insulting me and basically accusing me of lying and...
