So rude. I’ve never had such rude, unprofessional service before, and it honestly made me feel less than. I decided to come to this location to grab dinner after work, since it’s so close to my job. It’s my first time ever being to an Arby’s in general, so that being said I had no idea what type of food is sold nor what would even be on the menu. When I pulled up, I told the girl on the other end of the intercom that I would’ve been a minute because I was going over the menu and seeing what Arby’s had to offer. Really seeing if anything would’ve interested me. It honestly took me maybe 5mins to go through the entire thing and decide on what to possibly get for me and my boyfriend. I asked some questions as to what was on some sandwiches, since there are no descriptions. I could immediately hear how annoyed this girl was from her voice on the fact that she had to explain anything to me. On top of having to explain that there weren’t any baked potatoes (a side I requested) due to them not making them past a certain time. That’s understandable, I just simply didn’t know. Long story short, I ordered and pulled up to the window. The girl who took my order walked away and a boy took my money and handled the transaction from that point. She just stood in the back completing other orders. I could just tell how annoyed the both of them were of me taking so much of their time. I asked him to repeat the total for me so I could give the proper amount, immediate attitude. Asked what kind of sauces they offer (again, I’ve never been here so I have no idea), he says it very speedily. I asked him to just repeat it a bit slower for me, more attitude. So I just interrupted him to tell him to give me one of each. Easy, that way he doesn’t have to be bothered to do more work and I can taste them for future reference. I asked him if I could possibly have more sauce for my French dip. He proceeds to tell me that he’s given me all the sauce he can, referring to the sauce packets. I told him it wasn’t the packets, it’s the dipping sauce that comes w the sandwich and how much it would be for me to pay. I knew automatically it was going to be extra, it’s a given. He then says “no ma’am, I can’t give you any more sauce. You’ve held up the line, there’s a line behind you, so no I can’t give you more sauce.” Closed the window and walked away. I sat in my seat with my wallet in my hands absolutely baffled.. Imagine, me a pregnant adult woman receiving so much attitude and poor customer service from a child. There’s a picture of my order and when I was there, unfortunately sauce got on the receipt :/ Unfortunately I was unable to get that employees name, both of them, but maybe with my order number and the time I was there the company will be able to pinpoint exactly who the employees were. It’s a shame because me and my boyfriend both enjoyed the food, but the customer service made me feel almost mentally challenged for not immediately knowing everything. Again, I felt less than. Since it’s so close to my job, I would love to stop by there again, but that definitely won’t be the case until the employees there have better customer service

Just went through the drive-thru not long ago via Uber (I don't drive yet), and I noticed that a couple things just weren't right. Neither of the mint shakes I ordered had the Andes chips on top (I assumed they were out of stock), and my Double Beef & Cheddar sandwich had one pump of cheddar sauce instead of two! I used to work at two different Arby's stores, and I know this to be incorrect preparation; a Double Beef & Cheddar ALWAYS gets two pumps of cheddar sauce (hence the name of the sandwich). Without that extra hit of melty cheddar, the sandwich just tastes sad. Everything else was hot and fresh, though. Service was fast, too. If not for the insufficiently-prepped sandwich, this would easily have been a 5-star visit. To lovers of the Double Beef & Cheddar: Always check your sandwich in the parking lot (while parked, of course) to ensure that you got your well-deserved cheddar sauce. Hope this saves y'all some time, gas, and frustration.

Not great. Super slow service, even though the place was no busy at all, no ice in the drinks, no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, and the bread in the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe was freezing, but the fish was freshly cooked (so yay I guess). Unsettling vibes in the parking lot, and I watched the Ford Explorer behind us wait even longer than we did. It took us 20 minutes to eat our buffalo sliders, fish sandwich and roast beef and cheese- the car behind us had not even received their food yet. At least the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.

Just was here at about 6:45 and ordered a kids meal and a medium beef and cheddar meal. There were about 3 cars in front of me. The line went relatively quickly and the person at the window serving me was really friendly. Got home which is not far to discover that the fries in my bag were extremely COLD. I was naturally upset since I would never think that my fries should’ve been tested for freshness prior to pulling off. Called and spoke to the manager Eleana and told her I would like to come back because my fries were really cold and she stated I could come back to have the fries replaced. I informed her I would like the meals to be replaced since my kids nuggets as well as my sandwich would be ruined and disgusting as well by the time I came back with the fries. She then apologized for the first time in our conversation and said I could only have the fries replaced since nothing was wrong with the rest of the meal. I was completely thrown off by this and repeated what she said to me because I’ve never heard of any fast food place doing that and informed her that it was not okay since the fries should have been given to me fresh. She repeated what the policy was and told me there was nothing else she could do in which I stated was unacceptable. She then grumbled over the phone like a person would do to hold back a scream I guess and told me that i was being rude. I guess I was called rude for not being okay or sounding irritated with what she was telling me because I never cussed during the exchange. I then told her I wasn’t rude I just wasn’t okay being made to eat my food separate or having to eat my other food cold if waiting til I got the hot fries. She implied she didn’t know what happened because the fries couldn’t have been sitting there for long and she didn’t know what else to tell me except I could only have the fries replaced. I informed her that maybe something could be wrong with the warmer and at this point wanted to speak with the owner for even being called rude. Also asked her for the corporate number which she told me wasn’t in the store and I would have to go find online. Never expected any store employee let alone a store manager to behave this way. Retraining needs to be done. Not every customer expressing their concerns or who sounds irritated should be mistaken for being rude. No customer should be called rude for simply holding a well known food chain to a higher standard than serving a customer who waited in line extremely Cold fries. I will say her attitude was better in person but instead of waiting for the fries to be remade I just received a refund and went to a different restaurant for the fries and...

I really hope corporate reads this review. This Arby's location is the worst... It's incredible to me how bad it is. Doesn't matter whether or not you choose delivery or pick up... It's consistently awful.

The fries constantly taste dry and burnt every single time. The bread tastes consistently stale and it's always hard. The chicken filet and the fish fillet are always extremely overcooked and hard.

They're drinking machine is always screwing up and never actually put a proper amount of syrup in the fruit punch... So you end up with water with a hint of fruit punch. Plus they put more ice in their drinks than any restaurant I've ever seen. Don't even get me started on the market first lemonades... They don't even fully feel the cup like at all... Even if you say no ice... You're still not going to get a full cup of lemonade

Today was the last straw for me. I'm allergic to lamb and I made it very clear I wanted a roast beef gyro. I was doing this through DoorDash... So to be safe I tried to call and make sure I was getting the roast beef gyro... But guess what they didn't answer. What do I see when I open my wrapper? The gyro that contains lamb! Literally my receipt says roast beef... I even ordered two of them and I got lamb on both.

Something really...
