As once being a manager of many Domino's locations in Chester County for years (high volume stores), I am an extremely critical customer of Domino's knowing what is expected of orders. I was happy to see this location in Fairless Hills open since closer than other Domino's and my experience was not great from one prior that serviced my section. I placed a time order for carryout. Large order, couple of pizzas, cheesybread, couple cinnastix, and couple of orders of boneless chicken. I had special instructions of light sauce on our pizzas. I decided to go in to see how location looked inside. Remember, I am more critical than most since I was a Manager and audit advisor for stores. I was super impressed! I was greeted right away by both employees in the store. Store was very clean. I honestly couldn't find a thing wrong. My order was ready on time (tracker is a great feature). Hot and fresh. They even bagged my dipping sauces separately and made sure I got them with my order. My order was 100% correct. Abundance of toppings and cheese. Light sauce as requested. I placed my order online and all requests and items were correct. I am completely satisfied and plan to continue ordering from the location in Fairless Hills. My daughter is considering a job there because the manager and employee in store were so polite. Best experience with a Domino's location since I moved to Bucks County years ago. Read moreI probably order from this store about 5-6 times, Ordered a large pizza and 16 boneless chicken, when receive my order when I got home I found that 8 chicken boneless wings were large and 8 were very small, then when I complain to the store he said no problem you can get 16 for free when you order from us again, ( YEA RIGHT) then when I went to the store a few weeks later she said oh No , how do we know that you’re telling the truth?????? WHAT ??????? The owner was supposed to call me back. He never called me back. Read moreI accidentally selected ham on my pizza and I'm vegetarian and when I realized I went back and asked to change. We hadn't touched the pizza and we have a picture of it too that we didn't eat that and we asked to get it exchanged and we can give them the other back to trash it but person on phone very rudely refused. I said we didn't touch the pizza and are bringing it to the store to show and it was a genuine mistake and he rudely just said and I quote "if you want another pizza pay for it". He was like that's your mistake not our fault. And I said sorry since it was a genuine mistake. We couldn't even eat the pizza and he didn't even get it exchanged and made us pay for a new one.
