EDITED as of August 2025: It has gotten much better, and I have adjusted my rating accordingly. This is my go-to Dunkin' spot, and I have been inside and through the drive-thru regularly. I left my original review 7 years ago! They have got it down now. And they have gotten much more consistent with the quality of the food! The service is the service as you would expect, which is fine by me. The good news is: better consistency in food, reliable quality of coffee, and standard service—no more sub-standard experiences.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was so excited when this location opened up. They started off very friendly and polite. Now, the service is all over the board. I still go here regularly because I love the coffee but the environment is not positive. I will place ‘on-the-go’ orders and they are never ready. The drive through attendants are miserable. One employee was hollering at everyone goofing off that they were all going to get fired as I waited for anyone to acknowledge me. Read moreUsually I come to this Dunkin and I get the right order and everything is fine but today when I went and ordered one easy iced caramel coffee they got it wrong. I went up to the window and they had two hot coffees and I said that it was wrong so he checked with a dude in the back and he asked me "this is what you ordered?". I said no and repeated my order to him. He proceeded to say that I ordered something else and that when he repeated it back to me I said yes. when he did repeat it back to me I COULDNT understand the first part but I heard cream and liquid sugar which is the end of my order. The guy at the window didn't seem to know what to do so he was agitated and then this guys talking to me basically treated me like I was wrong and that this was all my fault. And they had to rope a third person into it as well for one simple iced coffee. Very uncomfortable and not needed. Also, the coffee they gave me tasted like burnt coffee and didn't have any sugar or caramel flavoring. Very dissapointed in this trip. There is a woman in particular, that I think owns it runs the place that everyone I know has had issues with. The other day she would not make decaf coffee for our pregnant friend because she did not "feel like it." I am usually pretty generous with my reviews and I've given them time to correct these issues and they just seem uninterested being nice to customers. I just can't handle that. It's the one thing you can control, how you choose to treat others. If you don't like dealing with customers get a different job.
