BARBARA NEEDS A RAISE!!!
I did a to-go order and it wasn’t put together when I got there. No biggie. I went to pay and had asked the guy at the register (brown hoodie. didn’t get his name) where I should go to get my order. he goes “i don’t know. somewhere” and i said “okay…” and he goes “im a little busy right now”.
So, I walked over to the sandwich making station where I met Barbara. I asked her if she knows where I can get the order and she said she has my sandwich but isn’t sure why the rest wasn’t made. I told her no problem and that I didn’t mind grabbing the others. When I went to get my stuff, I realized there were no hashbrowns. I went back over and told her and she goes “let me go make you one fresh”
as it’s in the oven, she offers me a small mac and cheese for the troubles and the wait , as i had already been there about 10 minutes. i accepted and thanked her for her kindness.
once the hashbrown finished cooking, i went over and she had also thrown in a cookie that had a sweet note on it “you are enough”.
small things go a long way. if i had only dealt with the brown hoodie guy, this review would have been much worse.

Read moreI come to this location on the average of 5 times a week. And spend $5 and more each visit.Ordering 2 buttered croissants and a coffee today. When paying the clerk was wearing their mask below their nose, that's after they had to put it on correctly. If WaWa posts that customers must wear masks as per policy, your staff should as well. I have called before to inform management about upholding your policy. As for the food I purchased, my croissants were crunchy and stale. In 2 bags were 2 total croissants had 2 tops in one bag and the 2 bottoms in the the other. Poor presentation. As a customer I expect much better and shouldn't have to check to see if what I purchased is correct, eye appealing, and tasty. I stopped coming to this location weeks ago, after I talked to management about the covid mask policy, I returned today to no improvement at all. I know the $5 a visit I spend doesn't seem like a lot, but...
Read moreI've always loved this wawa. Whether it be before school with my kids or before work. I've never had issues ever. Everyone who works there is wonderful. Especially the managers. My favorite is the one that's on day shift, long hair always has a smile. My first encounter with her, she made my son who wears hearing aids feel special by pretending her head set was a hearing aid. Fast forward to today. I came in this morning for my lunch for work. When I finally got to my lunch, I noticed my hoagie wasn't made right. I called and spoke to Danielle. She was also very sweet. She corrected the order immediately. When people ask why I rather get my hoagies at that specific wawa vs one closer to me, it's because they welcome you smiling. I know it's just a retail face at times. Yes, I've worked retail.
