One star because none isn't an option. The sheer incompetence of this staff overwhelms me on a regular basis. My wife and I, who live in Bristol, drive to the New Hampton Dunkins, requiring we drive past the Bristol location to get there. My wife orders green tea, she gets some odd peach concoction that she didn't ask for. We say 8 splenda, they give 1. Every sandwich is incorrect and if its not, theres a hair on it, as happened today when she stopped quickly there because she was getting on the highway and didnt want to have to go out of the way. I came on here for the phone number to once again call and complain, but then I remembered the last few times we tried that. They did nothing. Empty apologies. Promises that it wont be happening again and then it happens again and again. Rude employees saying its not THEIR fault! And then I saw the rating. 4 stars. 4 STARS!? Are you all sure you are reviewing the right location. Everyone I know agrees this Dunkins is leagues below any other in the state so I question the validity of these reviews. Maybe they are pressuring customers to give them good reviews with donut bribes or some ridiculousness, but it is my hope that any who seek guidance to a Dunks of worth heed my warning, and trust that my words carry fact and truth, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR COFFEE, TEA OR FOOD AND THEIR ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING...
Read moreI live locally and normally the services pretty good and the food was decent but not anymore the staff was rude practically rolling their eyes every time I added something to my order. then when the order was wrong I had asked one kid, that's just standing there doing nothing, if he could get the other donut they forgot. When he came back he practically threw it at me. I'm glad it wasn't 10 years ago things would have ended different. Anyways it's a terrible spot they don't even carry a full line of all the stuff that Duncan's have. Jelly munchkins? can't have those there. onion bagels? Nope not that either they just don't have any and won't. forget that place I'll drive to New Hampton or...
Read moreWell we got a couple of drinks. Two hot coffees and a matcha Lada which is kind of like a green tea which is very good. The coffees were served hot the maccholata was a ice drink. I tried the avocado toast which was quite tasty I should have gotten it probably with the bacon though. But either way it tasted quite fresh which is what I liked. The one thing I would say with any kind of an iced coffee or a michelada like I got you want to tell them how much ice you want because if you don't you're going to have a glass full of ice with probably the equivalent of about 2 oz of beverage in there so tell them you want just a little ice so that way you're not paying for 85% ice...
