Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bristol

Literally gave me a gravy biscuit in one bag with a biscuit and hash rounds stuffed so full it busted not only from being stuffed so full but also the gravy just poured out into the bag and then the hash rounds fell out so when I try to salvage the extra biscuit I open it and the egg they put on it looks moldy and dehydrated. Not to mention they made me wait on this. But when I called I was told it was an honest mistake...I don't think it was an honest mistake for them to put that nasty egg on there. I also want to add when I went back to get my refund they were literally talking trash about the person that ordered the monster biscuit as if they didn't understand what was wrong and the girl in the kitchen wanted to go me and attitude when I said I was there for my refund and the general manager Melina wasn't helpful and seemed like she could care less which is honestly pathetic no wonder this Hardee's has little to no business most of the time if they keep running the way they are hopefully this store will just close all together so no one else has to get their terrible food or horrible customer service. Oh and also the general manager tried to say that the eggs can look like that!!! Like what, I said no it was crunchy to the touch and discolored. Worst Hardee's I've ever been to - we'll never go back!!! Person working the drive thru couldn't get the spiel right after 3 tries. I guess we should have left right then! Ordered the new cheddar prime rib burger & had a coupon for BOGO. Also ordered 3 chicken tenders. Somehow the total was $14.18. We attempted to address the error with the cashier to no avail so she had the manager come to the window. The manager explained the computer processed the discount & there was nothing she could do. We decided to pay the overcharged amount & address it with corporate the next day. We arrived home & opened the boxes to utter disappointment. The burger had barely any prime rib meat. The tenders were smaller than any chicken tenders I'd ever eaten & more breading than chicken. Upon biting into the burger, it was not cooked!!! The meat was actually pink & raw on one side. Wish I could leave a no strat review. My wife & I went to Hardee's this morning just after she got off work. It was a little after 6AM so it wasn't busy just two other car in the drive-through & none in the parking lot. So the person take our order shouldn't have been in a huge rush but they were. I was cut off with a total before I could finish our order. That was I sing that I should've left as I have before at other drive-through's when cut off before my order was complete but I didn't I went to the window piad for our two biscuits then headed home so we could eat our breakfast. Both my wife's biscuit & mine were dark not burnt to a crisp but burnt & hard like that had been sitting for awhile.
