HP Smoothie Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bristol

I can't say enough good things about this business. I get my meal preps from them every week. The food is fresh, delicious and convenient. The staff is always very friendly and truly care. I usually pick up my orders in person but recently I hurt my back and was unable to make it into the store. I had already placed my order for that week so I was stuck. I reached out and explained the situation. Instead of cancelling the order, the owner offered to bring the order to me on his way home that night. I forgot his name (So sorry). I'm horrible at remembering names anyway and the pain pills weren't helping my memory. Additionally, there was a note inside the bag from the staff wishing me a speedy recovery. The compassion I felt from everyone that day is hard to put into words. I don't really expect things like this from businesses these days. Made my first order with healthy plate meals last week and opted for the pick up option. However I was not able to pick up the meals on time. I was pleasantly surprised when the co owner called me and offered to deliver the meals for free as a courtesy! The meals were delivered in a fresh freezer bag. I am very pleased with this company and the service they provide. Also the food is really good and I love how each container is labeled w nutrition facts as well. Definitely recommend them !! I got a smoothie bowl today and it was pretty much water, not to mention it wasn’t even what I ordered :/ I ordered pineapple strawberries and blueberries and received Nutella, honey, and bananas with blueberries and strawberries. Also the store smelled a little funky, not the good funky, but it’s probably the fruit I guess.The purple water was good but i paid 10$ For it so I was expecting a little more.
