We typically love going to Pomodoro! The last few months however, there have been issues nearly every time we have gone which is unlike them. We always make a reservation when we go to Pomodoro. The last few times we have gone, we were told we had to wait 15-30 minutes for our table. Last night, we had our reservation for 830, we arrived at 828 and we were told by the front staff that it would be 15 minutes. They then called us to tell us that it would be an additional 45 minute wait or we could sit and wait at the bar. My husband had gone back in to talk with the staff and at this point they told us that the kitchen was an hour behind and they would not be able to seat us. We would of appreciated a call if this was the case so we did not drive all the way there. It takes us about 35 minutes to get there. We also had our children with our family so we could have a night out alone, which was obviously ruined. We typically have exceptional service here and are a bit disappointed at how last night was handled. I hope in the future they call reservations for a heads up that they are running behind or unable...

We ordered all of the dinner fare for our wedding of around 120 guests from Pomodoro’s through their catering service. The entire process was very smooth - placing the order was easy, pickup was seamless, and they called to confirm our order about a week before the event. The food was fantastic even in these larger catering quantities. One thing to keep in mind is that you can only place an order a maximum of 3-4 weeks in advance, which felt stressful to have un-finalized for a wedding which has most vendors finalized a year in advance. But we called several times leading up to the wedding and they confirmed catering a large order would be no problem. We had a few guests who were lactose intolerant and we ordered the eggplant lasagna with no cheese, which was still tasty. One other note: catering orders cannot be mixed with their usual menu so everything must be ordered in large quantities of half trays or full trays. For the few lactose intolerant guests, smaller portions would have been ideal but everything was still eaten! Overall, we would recommend Pomodoro’s catering...

I placed an order through door dash. When it arrived one of the dishes was not what was ordered. What they sent me I can't eat do to diet restrictions I am also diabetic and have to eat at rscheduled times. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. My order said the correct meal as well as the sale slip that came with it. Somebody either made the wrong meal or the bagger made the mistake. I called them and a young woman answered and could not do anything about it so I asked to speak to the manager. Well there was not one on duty. It took being placed on hold several lengthy times. I finally was given a number for doordash. They could not refund my money for some reason and told me to reorder which means paying for it again. As I said I've to eat on time and my original order arrived on time. Having to go through all this I will now get my meal around 7 which is 2 hours later than my original order and my blood sugar is dropping. I will have to take glucose to stop it getting worse. Thanks a...

We had the usual... a split Wedge Salad and a pair of Chic Parma’s side by each... delish... the sauce is sweet enough without being too sweet and the flattened pounded chicken breast with perfect breading is fried just right... so combine that with the al dente ziti and one word comes to mind!!! “Perfect!” Too busy to eat in so just took it to go and it tastes just as good at home as on Wood’s Street! But... I was in and out and the woman who got or dinner from the back forgot our bread... not that I need bread! But just mentioned it and will remind her next time... and you can depend on that, there will be a next time. Thanks for a great Saturday night dinner.

We stopped by on a Saturday evening in July after passing by a few times in weeks prior, and we were glad we did! We had the gnocchi in two ways - pomodoro sauce and pink vodka sauce - and were not disappointed! The garlic bread as an appetizer hit the spot as well and was toasted and seasoned just the right amount. It also came with heated pomodoro sauce which was perfect for spreading. Reservation recommended! We were lucky that a single table for two just happened to be open. It is not a large venue but absolutely worth being in line for a spot.

Service: The staff was very kind and attentive, servers recommended 2 amazing dishes that were delightful. Food Experience: The food tasted pretty good, well seasoned. Bold flavors. Overall: I will have to give this place a 4 star rating as they did miss on some key points like presentation and broccoli freshness that could easily be improved. I will definitely come back and check out other dishes from the menu!
