I really want to love this salon. My first experience was just a trim with a younger girl who's name I can't remember, but she did a great job! Gave me exactly what I asked for and was so sweet and welcoming. The next time I went back I saw Jessica and got a big chop to a bob. She wasn't super bubbly or talkative or anything but I don't really mind that. The haircut felt rushed but overall I thought it looked good, I just noticed the curtain bangs were a little uneven once I got home. It wasn't anything crazy so I shrugged it off. Next time I book an appointment with Jessica, she texts me a couple hours before my appointment to change my time and I agree. I show up early and she seems surprised and tbh a little annoyed to see me which I thought was strange. I ended up having to wait which I didn't really mind but I just thought it was weird since she texted me and asked me to come early. Once she starts cutting my hair, she asks if the last person who cut my hair cut it with a razor, and that it was crooked in the back. I didn't have the heart to tell her that SHE was the last person to cut my hair, but obviously that didn't make me feel too confident. Once all is said and done, I get home and realize that my hair is crooked in the back and my curtain bangs are uneven again! I couldn't believe it lol. This salon is so cute and I love the energy of all the other stylists, but my last two experiences with jessica honestly discouraged me from coming back. Maybe I caught her on bad days but I didn't feel very welcomed by her and my haircut...
