This place is one of my family’s favorite breakfast restaurants— we order from here multiple time a month, however we won’t be continuing that tradition after the deeply disappointing customer service we received. We ordered a breakfast via DoorDash and after waiting a long time, got a call from a dasher saying the restaurant was refusing to make our order because it was “already picked up”. My order was apparently picked up by a “dasher” (which I never got a confirmation of) and then reordered by DoorDash. I decided to call the restaurant to figure out what was going on (and explain that apparently our food was stolen by a “dasher” ) and was told that even if I replaced an order they would not fill any order placed under my name. They went on to tell me that if I wanted to order food I should be finding a new place to order from because they will not fulfill any order that comes through from me. This truly baffles me because it is not my fault that someone stole our breakfast order. We also offered to pay for a repeat order and they said “we will not make it”. Why? Truly...
Read moreVery upsetting experience today. I had my bf get us breakfast sandwiches... Here's the thing we asked specifically for a hash brown on one and home fries on the other one. She repeated it back to us incorrectly, so we told her again that we wanted two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, one with a hash brown on it and one with home fries on it. When we got there the order was still wrong, and they had given us the two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches... But the home fries were on the side and there were three hash browns in another container. So we went back in and asked for them to fix it, and realized they had charged us $20 for our two sandwiches!! I can understand a dollar upcharge for adding a topping, but $10 for an incorrectly made bacon, egg, and cheese is crazy! They also gave major attitude, saying that they don't put hash browns or home fries on their sandwiches (while doing it). Such bad customer service! Clearly won't be going...
Read moreNot autism friendly, My family had gone their on a sunday and my asd daughter was having an episode all because she was previously told that she was grounded from the computer because she was using it inappropriately. Due to this she had caused a scene in the restuarent and we were doing our best to calm her down but nothing was working then a women had yelled at us for interrupting her breakfast. And when i came home i recieved a threatening email from a waitress claiming that if me and my family go to riverside restaurant again and cauise a scene child protective services would be recieving a call about us. All because my daughter was having an episode.......If you dont know the full extent of a person or thier situation its better to ask about it instead of placing a call to child services and judging parents who are just trying to calm...
