We went once years ago and it was very good, so last night I was dying for Mexican food so we went again. I'm sad to say it was the polar opposite experience. We walked in, there was no one waiting & plenty of tables but, after being walked past at least 6 different times we were finally greeted & brought to a table. For as much as we were ignored to be seated, we were rushed into making a decision on what we wanted for our meal. I am not sure why we were rushed to make that decision because once we placed our order it had to be at least 30 minutes before our food was brought out. I got The Enchilada Roja while my husband got the steak and shrimp fajitas. While we waited for our food, we finished our chips, I placed the empty basket at the edge of the table hoping someone would notice and bring us more, that never happened. I was finally able to catch another server's attention to ask for more, it's not like our server ever checked in with us or updated us on the status of our food while we waited. I wish I had taken a picture of my meal because words cannot adequately describe the disappointment. While the plate was warm my food was at best lukewarm, I'm not even sure there was a tablespoon of enchilada sauce and the cheese was barely melted, at least my husband's food came out steaming hot but then again he did get a fajita. My husband asked for a side of cheese for his fajita, she never brought it out to him. Once our food was delivered we never saw her again until it was time to go. I'm sorry to say that was the last time we will be going back. Footnote I also think there was a bit of a language barrier, which I understand we were at a Mexican restaurant and I appreciate English is not their first language, but if you are going to deal with the public, I truly think you should have a strong understanding of...
Read moreI don’t care if this is the best Mexican on the face of the planet, their customer service will be the demise of this horrific establishment. They offer delivery, but I suppose they should not. Tonight, we ordered at 5:50pm. Aside from the rude person who took our order, we were still excited for some delicious food. We were told 45 minutes. Understandable, it was a Saturday night. At the 1 hour mark when our food still had not arrived, we called and were told they were “still preparing our order.” Um, ok, still making it? When we were told it would be here in 45 mins? When we asked if there was any indication of how much longer, they stated they had to “pause some deliveries since they were so backed up…” and that they would call us as soon as it was out. A tad bit of communication may have fixed the distaste we had for this, but Ok…another HOUR goes by, we call again. We’re told it was sent out for delivery. I asked if we were able to obtain any sort of discount for the length of time we had to wait. I was told I would need to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then the call was disconnected. By the way, it’s now been 2.5 hours and STILL NO FOOD. We have kids that were waiting on dinner. This place is despicable. Do not eat here or...
Read moreI don’t know what happened maybe off day but not good experience. Placed our order after waiting for some time which is no big deal but at least 10 to 15 minutes later we were told what we ordered wasn’t available. We then reordered a meal to share which was pretty good. The three tacos we ordered for kids were gross. I don’t know when tacos started being served with cold not melted cheese on top but that’s definitely not the way is was before. Also the meat was like sour tasting like it was bad or was cooked differently. Also extra charging for using a debit card and not posting it anywhere is just nuts. You charged an extra 4.00 dollars for using a card. I’ve had a business and I do kmow how credit card machines charge a company and you’re way off. We for sure will not be back to this place again. Also another quick tip when you bring out the food for adults and then wait an additional ten minutes to bring out three tacos that’s...
