I came in to try the Pho and I also got Crab Ragoons and I was underwhelmed with the meal. It scratched the itch but wasn't satisfying.

THE GOOD- Super friendly and attentive staff, cool decorations/vibe/atmosphere, local and fast, takeout is stellar, vegetarian options, boba and a large menu.

THE BAD- underwhelming pho, flavorless ragoons

THE UGLY- the whole carpet was sticky.

The crab ragoons were hot and crispy, freshly fried in a frozen wonton dough. The filling was generic cream cheese. If there was any crab in it I didn't taste it or feel the texture of it. So it was just a fried cream cheese wonton, which is fine but don't call it a crab ragoon. The sauce with it was really nice. Not too much fish oil and very lightly sweet. Perfect for crispy fried things. The pho scratched the itch, but was mediocre. I liked that there was alot of beef in it, I liked the amount of noodles and onions in it. The pho broth was built from a bouillon base and a TON of fried garlic. It was good but not authentic pho broth boiled for hours with different bones and time. I was wondering why it tasted different. I couldn't taste the clove or cardamom, then as I was separating the noodle I saw a glob of salty and thick bouillon, which I mixed into the bowl and enjoyed my soup. The onions were julienned instead of paper thin sliced. It came out quick because it's quick pho just add hot water. I'm looking for that good real stuff. This is fine if you want something quick but if you're looking for authentic pho go somewhere else.

My conclusion is that I should have gotten the Thai dinners instead of the pho. They look fantastic and I'm gonna order takeout with...

Stopped in for lunch today. I was in total shock after receiving our lunch orders. Especially from a Thai restaurant you would expect they know what they are doing. The Rad Nar came out swimming is watery gravy with 4 flat noodles and a few beef, flavorless, for the price of $15.95. They don’t even have Chinese broccoli which is normally included with a Rad Nar dish. The waitress said they had bok chhoy and can use that so I agreed to it but dish came out with regular broccoli instead, thumbs down. My daughter ordered the Pad Thai which should be $11.95 off the lunch menus, hence going there for lunch but the waitress charged us dinner price of $13.95 instead. The Pad Thai came out exactly as how it’s shown in the picture. Not much noodles and bean sprout scatter all over. Definitely not a great presentation considering the food pictures they posted. I was also charged $3 for hot water and a bag of tea. I can I understand if it was $1 but $3 is just absurd. The people in the kitchen making these Thai food should do better, and since it’s a Thai restaurant I expected more authenticity and presentation. The waitress was not attentive (cons of dinning at majority of Asian restaurants because they don’t care for customer service). Had a bad experience will never eat there again. Prices are ridiculously high for a small portion. Big...

So I took my family to this establishment because we wanted to try something new. I had a taste of some PHO soup amongst some other things. Absolutely WORST decision. Their PHO was FLAVORLESS. Tasted like they put 100 Beef Boulions and forgot about the 5 Spice Asian mix. The Winter Shrimp Appetizer had NO kind of seasoning. My wife's chicken special that they had with macadamia nuts had about a gallon of unnecessary Sesame oil and was NOT GOOD and should've never been on their SPECIAL's menu. The waiter was NOT accommodating and helpful. He rushed us to take our order, wouldn't check on us in a timely manner, NOR did he give us time to really explore and offer suggestions as to what we could try. I did not tip him well. My tip is that they hire better staff and a cooking staff that will prepare food...

With Thai being one of our favorite cuisines, we always enjoy visiting different Thai restaurants in CT! Our latest visit was to Sabaidee in Bristol, where we had a delicious meal and even tried a dish we had never ordered before - Kua Gai Noodles! Sabaidee is also the first Thai restaurant we’ve seen that offers crispy chicken as a protein, and it was a great add-in with the noodles. Check out the fried bananas for dessert, and don’t forget to order a boba tea with your meal! Head to my Instagram page for more details on everything we ordered #foodofct #bristol #bristolct #hartfordcounty #thai #thaifood #thairestaurant #sabaidee #connecticut #cteats #ctfood #ctfoodie #ctfoodies #ctlocal
