West End Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

The original owners have finally retired!!! Good for them. I personally will miss them... They sold the place with the same pizza recipe. I wasnt sure at first if it be even close to the original recipe, to be honest, it better only cause i noticed they add a bit more cheese then the previous owners and it taste the same . I always had to tell them add extra cheese so if you like cheese like i do, youll notice it there. i get meatballs & onions on my pizza. But what ever you like on your pizza im sure you will agree with me, that they adda bit more of toppings then previous owners. I cant say anything yet about the other dishes and grinders. Im willing to bet it s just as good if not better. No offence to the original owners, God only knows how hard they work over 43 years. Its time you enjoy your life and let the new owners take over. One other big change is there open 7 days a week. Plus the prices hasnt changed either. I wouldnt be offended if they do go up a little on thier prices . Cause the pizza has more to it and lastly as i said before.... Its Still, The Best Greek Pizza ever!

I have no idea how this place is rated so highly.....had dinner there with my family and it was such a weird and awkward experience. The service sucked and the employees looked like and acted like they wanted to commit suicide. Pizza was mediocre too. Also, they only take cash and have the smallest sign attached to their cash register, if they had a larger sign to tell customers that its cash only, people like me would stop at an atm before coming. Instead I had to leave my family while I ran to a store....they sat and stared at my wife and kids for the whole 6 minutes I was gone. Like they were going to run out. Also, they keep their dining room bathroom locked at all times, my 3 year old almost pissed his pants because staff was nowhere in...

I always loved WEST END PIZZA Its been a family favorite since before i was even born! Now, new owners took over, and yes! It tastes different! Not in bad, nor horribly noticeable way. Its just obvious in ways only veteran customers would notice! I havent stopped going there because of new owners. I respect them for taking on such a difficult task as to keeping our favorite neighborhood pizza place in business, and not changing it drastically! West end has been around too long to remember and it would be traumatic, i know for me, if it had changed in too many ways. It is one of Bristol's trademarks, in a way. I know i would have been affected by its demise. So, God willing this new family understands the responsibility they have...
