Good place for a caffeinated cold or hot drink for the morning. 07/17/2021: As both a current Plaza Employee and local guide for North Royalton and Broadview Heights, for those complaining about the current hours and/or the inability of this location to serve certain drinks at this time: Please realize that Great Lakes Service Plaza and Towpath Service Plaza are severely understaffed ever since COVID started, so hours in ALL stores have been cut to optimize sales and cleanliness until proper staffing can achieved again. Please realize that storefronts such as this one may be out of, or may limit the sale of a product as the retail industry as a whole continues to struggle back to its norm. No place to write a review for BURGER KING so I'm doing it here so people might see it. Came in around 3am no one else around the one lady took my order and went back to make it. Took about 35mins for the poor lady to make it. All the while another lady was in the back doing dishes and a family of 5 comes in and the lady in the back yells to the other lady doing all the work " you got people waiting at the front....... Absolutely the worst! I placed an order for a tea with 6 guest behind me. Would you believe the staff made everyone’s order before mine in which all guest behind me ordered specialty drinks. I hate to make things racial but this was clearly one of those incident where as a black women I waited patiently and even after asking if the tea is being made after all six guest left, I still waited for another four guest to order and received their items before getting a single cup of hot tea… please educate your staff....
