Delivery with these places is tough! For instance I like to use Uber Eats with D & D. However, lots of times U.E. won't have enough drivers after 8PM in Brockton so there webpage will say "Order ahead for tomorrow 5:30 AM "but I know this one or N Pearl St. is open till 12 AM. So, if really want my Caramel Latte, I'll use DoorDash or Grubby. Then something is Always Missing. I.E. 1 of the 2 places along with DoorDash was a big, losing gamble! I don't know if drivers help out but 2 weeks ago I used D Dash for 1st time in over a year. Big mistake. 1st their website read FREE DELIVERY! (Doordash.com) so I used them. Then I get order & big bill. I Chatted with their Customer Support explained how it hit me right in the face Free Delivery, Chat Agent says "oh, that's for new customers only". That's False Advertisement! IT SAYS FREE DELIVERY AT THE 2 Dunkin Donuts Stores on the DOORDASH Website! Arguing with me (for an hour) which I canceled order within 1st 5 minutes but she Still Sent the order & charged me $36 & I even would have tipped the driver however, she never called 2 minutes prior to arriving or rang bell. I mentioned something and the girl says we don’t put the butter on because of Covid! And then all the girls spoke in their language and started laughing obnoxiously. You can’t say to many words in Cape Verde creole so when one of them said covid I knew they were talking about me I just find it to be pure laziness because every other location I have been to puts the butter on for you if ordered that way.
