By far the worst food I've ever seen and my kids will never eat from there ever. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered buffalo tenders. Please look at the picture I posted and tell me if that looks like buffalo tenders. I got fried chicken breast instead. The sub looked dry and meat had a strange smell 🤢😷. They had the nerve to tell me they would deliver buffalo sauce and I couldn't get a refund. There was no chance my family was going to eat that. The food is okay if your looking for a quick bite or something to fill your stomach. The prices for the food is relatively cheap. The staff are generally friendly people, however when it comes to giving the customer value, they don't hit the mark. What I mean by this is there problem solving ability to assure the customer satisfaction. I have lived in Brockton for years always went to Rod's. The people are friendly and delivery is good. The service has fell off the deep end.
