Little Sami's — Restaurant in Brockton

To be totally honest, im not one of those people who ever come online to write any kind of review but after experiencing what i did today at little sammis, i felt it would be a crime for me not to come on here and save other people from going through the same troubles. I stopped by for lunch and decided to go for the lobster BLT sandwich. I am a vegetarian so i asked the young lady taking my order to hold the bacon. She asked to make sure thats what i wanted and i said yes so it was clear what my order would be. All together i ordered $20 worth of food (Lobster,a slice of pizza,drink, chips.) When my order came i quickly noticed the bacon and proceeded to inform them that i could not eat the sandwich because i'd get sick. The cook working gave me no issues and said he'd just make another one for me. Something told me not to sit down just yet so i stayed at the counter to watch what he would do. After parading around for a few minutes he says to me "oh you can have a seat and ill bring it right out to you in a sec." needless to say, i chose to continue standing there. He waited another 5 full minutes and only after noticing that i wasn't budging did he approach me and say "look to be honest we get the lobster frozen so i have to let it unthaw before i can make you another sandwich, would you mind waiting 10 minutes?" Obviously his actions led me to believe that had i taken a seat when he had asked me to, he would have probably just removed the bacon and given me back the same sandwich! We're not done just yet. I took a seat after he told me about the whole unthaw situation. roughly 10 minutes later he brings me back a new sandwich and is all apologetic and such. I told him it wasn't an issue at all. That is, until i opened up my sandwich, i saw that there were literally 3-4 small half inch pieces of lobster on each sandwich half. This is where i got upset. It wasn't so much because there was no lobster in the sandwich, but it was more so a combination of the fact that my order was screwed up so as a result i ended up paying 12.99 for a sandwich which consisted of lettuce, tomato and bread. I decided i wasn't going to continue anymore complaining so i just approached them a second time to ask to pack my food so i could leave. Upon reaching the counter, i noticed one of the other cooks saw me coming and said something to the other cook probably along the lines of "here he comes again" and sure enough the 2nd cook began pretending that he didn't realize i was behind him. This is the last time ill be visiting Little Sammis and ill be sure to tell everyone that asks me about going there all about my experience. Hubby had American cheeseburger. Your burger will always be well done even when ordered medium, because it is a frozen patty, therefore it was well done, dry and flavorless. French fries also frozen not fresh. Nothing from this meal appeared to be homemade. Considering the price of the burger, it was very disappointing to have to throw most of it away because it was that bad. My Mexican Mac and cheese was honestly so disappointing. It was basically very dry chicken broccoli Alfredo (minus the broccoli) Not a nice cheese creamy Mac and cheese... It was loaded with jalapeño peppers so that it was painful to eat. I've passed this place for years and didn't think about going in because it's small and my family regularly eats at a number of other local restaurants. I was introduced to Little Sami's by a friend at lunch recently. This place is not small! It's got ample seating for a pretty steady flow of lunchtime customers. The food is fresh and healthy (not super greasy burgers, hearty salads). The wait at the counter for your food isn't unreasonably long. The service is friendly.
