They have no idea how to treat citizens with special needs. I have watched in 3 separate occasions, a person with Cerebral Palsy was treated like he was intoxicated, he was dismissed with out being able to eat. POOR POOR POOR Perhaps a more intense training how to communicate with the impaired.I understand they are not qualified to evaluate individuals and their situations but apparently there is no Sensitivity training for these kinds of situations. However if I continue to witness this I will encourage a deeper investment into seeing those teams be accountable and prosecuted. Btw I've bought that customer his food and brought it out to him. I do on occasion work for a few group homes as a recreational coord. I've stopped my groups from going there to avoid being mistreated by those with no excuse for their behavior to another human being. THIS NEEDS TO STOP..... SPECIAL NEEDS Citizens are people who eat too & they have $ to pay for it....Dont think that I won't express my concern to all organizations that I come into contact with regarding this issue. Read moreI placed a mobile order today 9/10/24 at 2:20pm and was in the drive through line waiting for my order. A women was in front of me waiting for her food the worker passed her my order by accident and the women was looking through the bag then passed the bag back to the worker and told her that wasn't her order. Instead of the worker throwing out that food when I came up to the window she tired to give me that same bag and I said no the women in front of me just had her hand in the bag you really think I'm gonna take that bag? That worker had a terrible attitude. When she passed me a new bag with my order there was no sauce. I said can I have " sweet and sour and ketchup and my hic drink please " and she said " you don't have any drink " like what? I showed the order that clearly shows I got a drink and she said " oh well we don't have hi-c " okay that so that's your job to offer another drink ... trash service at...
Read moreMY GOD WHERE DO I START!!!!! Came in to have breakfast with my boyfriend at 10:30 am. Ordered big breakfast paid after waiting for 10+ minutes the girl came back and said machine is down no more big breakfast. Another customer walked in for the 3rd time due to order mistake and the manager gave her an attitude not to mention they blasting the AC in February 34 degree weather. We asked to speak to a manager about our order manager is listening and did not say how can I help or anything she just stood till my boyfriend called her out. We asked why we wore not told about the machine not functioning and why it took them more than 10 min to let us know of course no legitimate response to why. we asked for her name and she refused.
