Went and few weeks ago got a French dip they gave me no aju with it, my fries were frozen in the middle and my drink was poured with zero carbonation, called was told i could come back another day and replace my meal, went and few days ago, and this was my experience. The manager told me he'd only replace the sandwich, then a teenage boy rung up my additional meals i got, I got a double beef n Cheddar combo with a large fry and a large drink and a kids meal, instead of ringing it up as a combo he rung up every item individually which made my total almost 8 dollars more expensive. It was over 30 dollars when its usually 22. when he did that with my meals, and I'm not concerned about 8 dollars but if they are doing this to every customer they are making some scummy money, I manage my own reasturaunt in owasso and so I'm not blind to the fact that mistakes happen but after I noticed this in my recipt I waited 8 minutes for the teen at the window to look back out while I needed something while he sat there on his phone, so all my food is going to be cold at this point by the time I get home, I'm halfway home and realize I have none of my drinks. So I turn around go to the speaker there's a huge line at the window so I ask them to please bring my drinks out the front door as I have two sleeping children and I'm not waiting through this line again all my food especially my fries were freezing cold and I told the lady at the speaker that, and she said please pull around to the window and I explained again i didn't feel like I should have to wait behind all these cars and the lady at the speaker literally screams at me (JUST PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW) so I wait behind 4 cars they make me 2 new fries fine but the rest of my food is freezing and I literally got screamed at. I called to get the ladies name that yelled at me and it was sandy, so managers and whomever sees this you may have a talk with her and you may have a talk to the teenage boy who sat on his phone with his airpod in for almost 10 mins while I sat waving at the window trying to get what I needed. We decided to give them a second chance today. The young lady at the registrar was so soft spoken, we could not hear her over all the vents and alarms and the LOUD music. My husband pllaced an order and she kept trying to clarify it by pointing vaguely behind her. After several rounds of this, I finally told her to speak up, stop pointing and use words to communicate. WHen she did we understgood and clarified and moved on.
However, the "manager" Nick, decided he need to come tell us we were rude for insisting she actgually talk to us and that he did not come out to apologize. That he had heard both sides of the story ( he never asked us what happened), and taht he had heard the entire exchange ( which he didn't bc he was standing next to one of the vents causing the noise so we couldn't hear. When we told him about ur previous experience he laughed and told us we were not welcome to come back bc of the way we treated his employees.
My husband told the "manager" he needed to be discussing this with him, but the "manager" wouldn't look at my husband. He wantd to argue with me.
His name tag did not have "manager" on it and he wouldn't give me the name of his boss or the franchise owner. But did give me the 1-866 number to Arby's for franchises. I have called the 1-866 number that matched one I found online for complaints about franchises. We'll see if they...
Read moreMy family drove up to the outside order menu and waited over 10 minutes and then my fiance started saying hello? Finally a young man came on and said he would be with us in a minute. We waited another 12 mins with no response. No one was behind us, nor in front of us. We decided to pull around and just go inside to order. I walked in, and to my surprise, there were no customers inside and 3 employees standing inside. The manager (Lilly, is what she told me her name was there). When asked if someone could take our order because of our long wait for someone to acknowledge us outside....the manager turned around and said they were busy. The 3 employees then turned their backs to me....as stated by other reviews...and would not respond to our questions. When asked why we were being ignored by all three employees, she again stated "We have been busy". I/we have never been treated so disrepectfully by a manager at a restaurant like this ever.
