Bookers — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

This place is great! I love all the Bourbon options, and the prices are excellent. We were there on 12/5 at about 6 pm. The Rose District was having their wife walk (which is what brought us in). So I'm not sure if that is what caused the service to be less than expected. Don't get me wrong, our bartender was a badass! She had an extremely large crowd. I guess I would say I was disappointed with management for not being prepared. Good atmosphere with plenty of TVs, but the one TV that had sound was playing the movie, The Goonies. While visiting the Tulsa area for a couple weeks, some friends & I went to Bookers and it became a spot we knew we had to patron more than once. Everything was great; the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were absolutely phenomenal! To top it off, when I left my purse behind and had to catch a flight home the next day, the manager, Brooke, went out of her way to track me down to ensure I got my belongings back halfway across the country — that is next level service!

Went with 4 friends the night before Thanksgiving. Used my card to start a tab (like every other bar). When I tabbed out I paid $65 cash for a $50 tab. They still charged my card the $50 even though I paid cash. Spoke with the manager who said she watched camera footage and said I paid with a card. She was in no way helpful and told me I would have to dispute the charge with my bank. She could have offered to show me video footage and I would have happily been proved wrong.
