I give this two stars because it has consistently disappointed me. I had a hair in my sandwich, and lint in my iced coffee, I have one of the worst cases of psoriasis in the USA, (yes, literally), and when my girlfriend brought me that food I was essentially immobile; I was upset that my food was wrong, so at dinner, I went back to have this issue resolved, and expected standard chik-fil-a service, Tra'Shad was exceptionally below the expected quality of stewardship that chik-fil-a prides itself upon, being rude and denying to replace my drink. I got it replaced only after making everyone in the restaurant aware, and insisting that I do indeed demand that my money not be lost on this tainted meal.
The manager whom is a woman with short hair also pushed him to stop being this way, which I was thankful for, she was probably his higher up, from the way the dynamic seemed, and his subordinates were put off by his behavior, perhaps he has issues mentally, but I don't want that brought into a workplace when the workplace dictates what is going into my stomach, thank you very much.
This chick-fil-a should take itself more seriously before the wealthier folk in my area decide to flat out abandon it this early in it's life.
He was also just flat out rude in all of his exchanges with everyone, and made a joke out of it, and kept trying to exert power over me, which was weird behavior.
I do a good job at my job, you should be doing a good job at yours, and don't try to flex on customers. I was nice to you the whole time, unfortunately you have a name tag.
My meal was replaced and was of acceptable quality, but I had to fight for it, and with the world being as rough as it is for everyone right now, a fight is not what I want from my chick-fil-a guy... hopefully he is better to others, and this location gets it's staff...
Read moreMy daughter and I went thru the drive thru tonight and ask for a grilled filet. The young man with the tablet in the drive thru said he is new and not sure how to choose just a filet. He said everyone left him and he thinks he got it. I explained to him not a chicken sandwich just a filet since she is gluten free. So knowing it wasn't looking good we pulled around. They handed us a grilled chicken sandwich so I said we just need a grilled filet no sandwich and that they couldn't just take it off the bun and return it to us. since the bun would cross contaminate her filet. I tried to return the chicken sandwich and the girl said dont worry about it. So after 5 different people relayed our problem now they hand us a just a filet and we drive off. We dont even make it out of the parking lot and it's fried filet and gluten. So I park go in and try to explain again we just need a grilled filet no bun no contaminated and definitely not a fried one. This time they get it right and then want me to go to the car and get the other sandwich and fried filet like we are wanting free food. Why could I not explain to one person what the problem was and them fix it. By the time the message got to the kitchen no one new what we needed. Then treat us like we want free food. I told the guy he can come out and get the food by this time im over it. We just left the Dr with her not feeling well and then go thru all this. Instead of a free for all with everyone to busy talking to each other to actually see what we need and help the poor new guy just trying to get by taking order in the drive thru with little training....
Read moreFast food chicken restaurants with the best salad. The big franchises or the independent locals? Who has it, the best? The competitors chosen are as follows: Slim Chickens, Chick-fil A, Waldo’s, Zaxby’s, Red Light Chicken, Chicken and the Wolf, and Charlies Chicken.
Today Chick fill-A. The new one on the south side of Broken Arrow.
The insanely popular, somewhat over rated, new location has a parking lot the size of a Walmart Super Center. There is a covered staffed check point to register your order and for traffic control of the drive through service. Clean, bright inside. Appears to be well managed. The manager of the day was circulating in the dining area sweeping, policing the area after the days lunch time rush. Not busy at all this time of the day.
Two Cobb salads with the fried chicken and the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. Big big salads piled high with chopped fried chicken breast. Very generous with the chicken. Enough to last through the last bite, if you mix it up thoroughly. Under the chicken a bed of fresh mixed greens. Throw in a hardboiled egg, bacon bits, cover it all with Chick fil-A’s exceptionally tasty Avocado Lime Ranch dressing along with the crispy bell pepper pieces. This is a filling delicious salad! For a fast-food salad, I don’t think any franchise will beat them.
Have never really cared for Chick fil-A’s sandwiches. Chicken sandwich competition is fierce. A category that the small independent restaurants dominate because they are not restricted by the franchise’s standards.
Very high marks for the...
