Wish I could rank this specific location higher, but the 2 times we've come to this location (which is new and you can tell that the people must be new too) we've had nothing but issues. The first time was back when they had their limited time mushroom Swiss burger and they were very stingy with their mushrooms to the point that it was basically just a regular burger with a piece of mushroom or two thrown on. The 2nd time we went the person taking our order in the drive through kept misunderstanding our order making it very frustrating for everyone I'm sure as it was repeated probably 4-5 times and this was during a low volume customer period. Then they were having issues with redeem my app reward which they said "expired yesterday" when I was using my points to get the reward and literally did the conversion that day so idek how it could be expired? Eventually they let us have the reward item taken off our price after I DEMONSTRATED to them on the app me converting the reward back into points and then exchanging the pints for reward AGAIN. Which was fine but also what?? I wasn't trying to get them to convert my points into a reward, I had already done the conversion into the item I wanted on the app myself and then ORDERED that item with the rest of my food like usual then had them scan the app and said "I want to use my reward for this item". I've never had an issue doing this at any of the other whataburger locations and I've been to several locations both in town and out of town. Read moreSo unprofessional. The night crew should be trained again, I tend to go here after work because it’s either late and easy or early and easy. It used to be great a couple months ago, customer service was great, food was always hot and fresh. But recently it hasn’t even been okay! I pull up at the drive through and they sound mad and angry that i’m there, that’s disrespectful. Especially when you’re rushing me to order even though there’s no other cars in the drive thru. This one night the entire crew was outside sitting down and smoking and all ran inside once they seen and heard me in drive thru. I used to go through the drive thru and be greeted by a young man or woman who always sounded so enthusiastic every morning, they would actually do their jobs unlike these people who constantly give bad services. I enjoyed this new Whataburger but keep growing to hate it every new visit. The store looks nasty 24/7, the lobby is always filled with dirt, you can see the trashes overflowing through the drive thru window, you can see spilled coffee and tea that got left there, it’s horrible. If I’m not waiting 20-40 minutes for 1 meal with a fountain drink then the food quality is terrible. And almost every employee I’ve come across has an attitude. I’ve been holding off on making a review but I’ll only be going to 71st & county line from now on. Today, while I did wait less than 5 minutes for shakes and fries, both shakes are only strawberry on the top, vanilla on the bottom 1/3 of the cup. And what is strawberry is completely lumpy and like a vanilla strawberry swirl not even properly mixed, tastes like strawberry syrup.
