DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
First off, since itās opened up we have had raw chicken 3 times in our order. We gave them the benefit of the doubt to work out the kinks since itās a new location. Unfortunately an incident on Friday night was the last straw.
So, I ordered some orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with fried rice at 8:01pm and received a notification that my order would be ready at 8:27pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker at 8:26pm and let them know I had a mobile order. I was told by a woman that my order wasnāt ready and that itād be another 10 min and was asked if I wanted to wait on it. Since it was a mobile order I had already paid for the food so I couldnāt just say nevermind. I let them know that it was supposed to be the time my app said it would be ready and at this point another woman got on the speaker and very rudely stated that this location closes at 9:30pm and that they had to make more orange chicken since it was so close to closing. It was only 8:26pm!!! They were still open for another hour according to her and their website said they were open Until 10pm. Even still, I ordered an hour and a half before she said they were closing and I was there 1 hour before said āclosingā time.
So I pull forward and they tell me to go to slot 1 to park and wait. At 8:33pm I receive a text saying my order is ready. Great. I waited for them to bring it out, however, there was already someone in slot 2 before me so they brought their food first. Ok, no problem, Iām next. Someone new pulls up to slot 2 and 3. They wait and then someone brings their food and they leave. At this point Iām upset because I was there first. So another two cars pull into slot 2 and 3 and again someone brings their food their food and they leave.
So I roll down my window and flag down the lady and ask her about my food since I had received a text saying my food was ready at 8:33pm and it was now 8:50pm. At this point I had been sitting waiting for 23 min in slot 1. She asked what my name was and then disappeared inside. Another 5 min goes by and then she finally walks out with my order and shoves it into my car, almost dropping it into my lap, without saying a single word and turned to leave. She was so rude!!
So I get home and proceed to dish out the food for myself and my daughter since my son didnāt want panda and chose chick fil a instead. One bite into the orange chicken and all I can taste is SHRIMP!!! I canāt stand seafood flavor!! I tried a few more bites but all of it tasted strongly of shrimp! Thank God my son wasnāt eating it because he is ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP!! To top it all off, my daughter bit into a raw piece of teriyaki chicken so we had to throw away the entire order!!
We will never eat from this location again and the African American woman(I didnāt catch her name) working the drive-thru is the most hateful disrespectful employee I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't right many reviews on places but I have to share my experience. So Thought I would try this new location and had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager JR. He was so friendly and so was the rest of his team and i was greeted by every employee as i entered. I have been to a lot of locations and they do not hold up to the quality of service i received at this location. I ordered 2 plates and had to wait on one of my entrees to finish being cooked, which gave me time to observe the way the staff worked together so efficiently and to see that even though the drive through crew was busy they were still smiling. JR himself had a smile from the moment i walked in and the moment i walked out. I watched JR show the man that checked me out patiently show him how to properly slice the chicken teriyaki and he did it enthusiasticly with a smile on his face. The food was awesome and I think some of the other locations could learn something from JR and his crew on making quality food and customer service. You can really see the pride JR takes in his work. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went through the drive thru. Mia E. Took our order. We told her just a moment so we can find out what we wanted, since itās a new establishment. She rudely asked us again if we were ready to order, maybe 20 seconds later. Again we told her just a moment, and she again gave us about 30 seconds. We told her we had a coupon and ordered the family meal. When we pulled up to the window, she leaned out of the window and YELLED our total at us. Confused by her attitude, my husband looked at me as he was handing her the money. She snatched it so quickly & shut the window, he was unable to give her the coupon. She came back with the receipt and we asked if she put the coupon on it, she said āno you can use it next timeā, I asked for a manager.. she said no, shut the window and walked away. She had another girl give us our food, so I called the manager while we were in the drive thru window. The manager was professional, refunded our full amount then charged us for the correct amount.
