Reasor’s Grill+Patio — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I was really looking forward to a nice afternoon with my little family. I did try to find a menu online before hand to no avail. I thought they served pancakes all day, I guess they stop at 11. No signage or anything to let customers know that. No biggy figured we would order some lunch. Stood in line to order a shareable meal only to be told I can’t order that on the patio. We have to go inside to get that. Again there was no sign or instructions to indicate that but, ok whatever. We hop out of line and head inside. My partner and I decided to get sushi from inside and just order my son the kids chicken tenders. It took 35 minutes on the dot to get my son’s 2 chicken fingers and basket of fries. The patio was great and loved the playground but the actual grill of this patio and grill portion needs some work. Here is a picture of their lunch menu. Been here several times, but at at the bar, never a table. most of the time we have a good experience. Today however, after we had been sitting in there for 10 minutes, bartender/ server was extremely rude when I asked if we needed to order from the kiosk at the bar. After this, the bartender made eye contact several times while working at the desktop behind the bar. Wanted to introduce my father in law the butter burger, but we ended up walking out. Galen is what makes this place the entire environment. The food is fantastic but because of him, everyone becomes family. We can always find a good spot at the bar and have a great time with other patrons. But I will say that we even know his ONLY say off and only go when we know he is working.
