I ordered something for pick up on their website because they were out of stock in my area. I gave my cc#, name and picked the time slot that I would be there to pick it up. The text that was sent afterwards said that I’d get updates on the status of my order. A day went by and I never received a text so I called the next day, which was the day I was going to drive up there to get what I’d ordered. I live an hour and a half away. I was told that what I’d ordered was out of stock and it should not have shown that there were 12 in stock online. My card hadn’t been charged yet, so that was the good part. The store does have some good deals, I will give it that. Though many items can be found at dollar tree for less money than what you will pay here. Then there are items like ELF cosmetics which are priced for more that what they are sold for at say the Walmart just around the corner.
