A Dairy Queen Disaster – Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Dairy Queen in Tulsa, OK, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever endured. Let's start with the bathroom situation. My wife bravely ventured in to freshen up, only to come sprinting back out in horror. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. We’re talking unfinished toilets and a level of filth that could make even the most seasoned diner gag. It was beyond unacceptable and made it clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this establishment. But it got worse! As I waited to order our two banana split Blizzards, I had high hopes for a sweet treat to salvage the day. After an agonizing 15-minute wait, an employee returned to inform me that they were out of bananas. Really?! How can a place that prides itself on ice cream treats not keep bananas in stock? It’s one of their signature items! This is literally like going to a bakery and them telling you they’re out of flour. The incompetence is mind-boggling. In a nutshell, between the unsanitary bathroom and the total lack of essential ingredients, this Dairy Queen has managed to fall flat on every front. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth, I highly recommend steering clear of this location. Save your time and money for an establishment that actually cares about its customers and maintains basic cleanliness and stock levels. What a colossal disappointment!

I went in and ordered lunch for myself and my mother. Kitchen staff was not wearing mask. They kept them hanging below their chins. While they were very clearly eating and drinking in the back. We had ordered ice cream as a treat . I watched an employee named Brandon play with his phone while at the counter. Eat a fry and take his mask off and on. I had asked him for a spoon as there wasn't one in my Sunday. He just grabbed one out of the bin. He didn't wash his hands he just pulled his mask on and grabbed one. When I asked for a different spoon and asked him to wash he hands he rubbed his thumb over the spoon and tossed it back into the bin. Then he went into the back with the bin. I asked for a manger. Who didn't honestly seem to care. While I was speaking to the manager brandon came back out and tossed a spoon on the counter in front of me. I get that the majority of people that work there are teenagers but such actions should not be ok no matter the employees age. I wish I could give 0 stars

I give it a solid 5, only get a 4 on the service because they were over worked. I have nothing negative to say about the workers, as they were clearly trying to keep up but were either short staffed or new. In fact, there were two clearly unpleasant men who were berating the poor girl trying to help. Completely uncalled for. That being said, the crew people didn't lash out or argue, but rather apologized and attempted to empathize and be apologetic. 5 star for the service, 4 star for the short staffed. The food was fresh and hot, didn't take long at all. The Blizzards were awesome and did not fail to impress my 3 rather picky children. The girl even did the classic Blizzard flip. Which was a hit with the kids for sure. We will definitely be back, keep your heads up team Dairy Queen! You did great.

I thought I would save myself time and place an order through the app! This was a mistake. I placed my order at 14:54. The app said my order would be ready at 15:03. I arrived a little early and I wanted to check-in but no one was up front. It seemed rather busy at the drive-thru and after a few minutes, I hear a lady in the back say "counter! counter!". Soon, a young girl showed up and I checked in. She went to look at some receipts and told me in was being made. I order a small slush, a kid's choc. dipped cone, and a med cone. After about 5 minutes, she came to me, asking me what I ordered (!!!!). I showed her the receipt from my app. She then disappeared. A few minutes later, she comes back with the slush. She then goes and takes orders at the counter from other customers coming in. About 10 minutes go by and she comes to me apologizing that it will take a little bit longer because they have to put more stuff in the ice cream machine. She disappears again. Not longer after this, customers that came in after me start getting their ice cream. About 10 minutes later, the counter near the drive-thru puts up a choc dipped cone that I thought was mine. They don't announce names or order numbers here. I took it and gave it to my wife, then the girl put a large cone on the counter and I stopped. I asked her, "Is this for the mobile order?" She looks at me puzzled and then says no, and says that the cone I took for my wife went with that large cone. My wife had already started eating that cone and when I turned back to ask the girl about my order, the large cone fell over onto the counter. I took a deep breath, told her "nevermind", and left. I was courteous the entire time, giving them a pass because it was busy I thought, but customers coming in after 20 minutes when I arrived and they're getting their food? I have a time limit on tolerating incompetence. I've never experienced this kind of garbage service at this DQ before as I came her a lot to get birthday cakes. It seemed as if there was no leadership there. Whatever leadership is there, whatever DQ is paying you, it's too much. They got $10 out of me for a small slush and a small choc cone. You're welcome, DQ. I'll take my business to...

Do not waste your time going on a Saturday night. When we walked in there was a good amount of people waiting and the drive through was extremely long. We still decided to order inside, we got a kids meal, a burger, two ice cream cones and two blizzards. We waited for 30 minutes until they said the ice cream machine wasn't working but we were still waiting on the ice cream that we paid for. 10 more minutes go by and we go up to ask for a refund for our ice creams to the guy at the register. He doesn't know how so he gets another girl, then she doesn't know so she gets another lady that walked up while rudely saying there was no ice cream. We knew there was no ice cream that's why we were trying to get a refund after already being there for 30 minutes. I assume this older lady was the manager which was disappointing because she also didn't know how to give us a refund. In the middle of that 3 of our ice creams finally come out. Then about 5 minutes later comes the last blizzard. By this time the food was very cold and we were unhappy with how long we were here. 40 minutes! Some people don't have that much time to waste. The shorter guy on register should be recognizable for how hard he was trying and being polite while it seemed like everyone else wasn't. Specially, when the taller guy on the register was distracted by some girl. Anyways, just really disappointed with how this visit went, could be just a bad day but really that's no excuse. Hopefully if there is a next time, it's better. FYI THERE HAS BEEN NO COOKIE CRUNCH IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS EVEN THOUGH ITS A SPRING THING AND SUPPOSED TO GO INTO APRIL. THERE HAS BEEN NONE EVERY...

Absolutely love coming here regularly for Blizzards. Royal New York Cheesecake to be exact. Very much enjoy their burgers and fries as well. My reasoning for it not getting a full five stars: Have gone through the drive through while they're still open and it's within business hours and have seen they've already turned off the lights outside and in the drive through giving the appearance they are closed. Additionally, have made the trip across town to go get a blizzard only to arrive and discover a printed out sign taped to the drive through speaker box stating their ice cream machine is down and there is no ice cream at all that day except a few prepackaged things such as dilly bars, etc. That may or may not have been out of their control but it was disappointing nonetheless. My biggest reason for deduction of a star is when paying at the drive through window, I attempted to use their app to get rewards points which requires the cashier to scan a barcode presented within the app. I was told they didn't have a scanner. Period, no other solution at all. This was very disappointing to me because as a regular those rewards points that add up are very valuable to me and I am so much more satisfied with my experience knowing each purchase made is earning rewards. Their lack of a scanner also disabled me from being able to use a coupon for a $1 off a blizzard. Also very disappointing and no manual solution offered. The blizzards are pretty expensive but they're so delicious. Exactly why I would love to use a $1 off coupon and also accrue rewards with each purchase. Wish they...
