1 staff member was nice the other rude. Neither offered to help us find items. We went about an hour and a half before closing time and the rude one kept reminding us what time they were closing and complaining about customers not putting clothes back on hangers or folding them back up. Wanted to buy a shirt but it wouldn't ring up so thier solution was to put it on hold and for me to come back the next day when the manager would be there. I used to shop at Cato all the time long ago. They always had cute clothes. But I went there today for the cute jean shots. I wouldnt give those shorts away. Im 48 years old and im not trying to wear the distress jean shorts with holes and the legs coming unraveled. There was a lady working . She had a brace on her leg. She was quite old I didn't catch her name. She was making fun of customers . When she was confronted she said she was making fun of someone else. Extremely unprofessional. She shouldn't be making fun of ANYONE!
