Walk in as a family of five for dinner and walked out with only two of our family members eating dinner. We ordered chicken Parmesan with Alfredo sauce on the pasta, and the chicken Parmesan made the traditional way with red sauce. It came to the table with no red sauce no cheese baked on it and completely drenched in Alfredo sauce. It looked like a wet soggy chicken tender with a side of spaghetti. We kindly asked if it could be made correctly that it came out wrong and the owner or restaurant manager gave us attitude and took the plate back after only offering us a side of marinara to pour on it to make it right. Then my daughter who ordered spaghetti noodles with half Alfredo and half marinara also received hers wrong with only Alfredo sauce. We asked if she could have a side of marinara that it did not come out with half-and-half sauce and we were informed by the restaurant owner or manager that it could not be made that way. So they made it how they wanted without informing us that it could not be made the way the waiter took the order. I asked why nobody bothered to come to our table to let us know that it could not be made the way it was ordered so something else could be chosen or alternatives could be offered. The response we received was that the waiter has only worked there three days. On this plate, no solutions were offered, no side of marinara was offered. We were simply told it could not be made the way we ordered so we had to accept the way that they brought it. My husband ordered the lasagna and said it was very salty. With all of this being said, our waiter never once came to our table after taking our order. The manager or owner was completely rude and not accommodating. He was totally unapologetic and did not offer any solutions for any of the issues they fell short in. This is beyond an issue of this restaurant just being newly opened. This is an issue with management/ownership not training staff appropriately. The food was also subpar the bread even looked great in review pictures, but it was essentially a piece of pizza dough thrown in the oven with no seasoning or flavor. We were disappointed in food quality and taste and service and will not be back. Good menu spread...

We went a few weeks ago on a Saturday. They were very busy; I think it was their first weekend open, or maybe the second. The service was very slow, but considering how busy they were, that wasn't really a problem. The issue was with my entree. I ordered the pasta primavera. On their menu, they have two pasta primavera options -- one with chicken and one without. They are two separate menu items. Considering that, I expected them to be prepared in two separate pots. So I ordered the pasta primavera, confirmed to the waiter "no chicken." My dish came out and there was a bunch of chicken in it. No big deal. They're busy, mistakes happen. I tell the waiter and we could actually hear him in the back yelling "hey I said no chicken!" A new plate came out a bit later. It looked okay at first glance, but after stirring it around a bit, there were 3 or 4 pieces of smaller chicken in it. Clearly, they had just removed the chicken from the original plate (and didn't do a good job doing so). At this point, I didn't want the waiter to get in trouble, so I didn't say anything else. But come on, guys. Why have two separate menu items, with one being chicken-free, if you obviously only have one pot of it in the back? For me, it was fine. I just didn't want chicken, but it wasn't going to kill me or anything. But what about someone who has an actual food allergy? Just a lawsuit...

We just went here for our 3rd anniversary, it only opened a few weeks ago. We had this fantastic waiter, Chuck, who have us a quick history of the owners, they previously owned Gino's in Muskogee for 19 years and they have a Sicilian/Albanian background. The waiter himself has travelled through a lot of countries and has a ton a great stories and advice about travelling as well as his extensive time working for the owners. We asked what he recommended and he said the chicken piccata, so that's what I ordered. I'm half Italian, half Spanish, so I'm picky when it comes to Italian food, and let me tell you, this place hit the nail on the head. The chicken was beyond delicious and juicy and the sauce on the noodles was incredible. My wife had the shrimp appetizer with linguini noodles because she was craving a shrimp scampi, which they didn't have, but this came so very close. Needless to say, we used the fancy twisted butter bread they gave us to sop up the plate until there was nothing left but a clean plate. The prices average about $16-$17, but the serving size is well worth it!! We are now making this our go to Italian restaurant in broken arrow / Tulsa area. And plan to spend every anniversary going forward at this location. Thank you Chuck and Bruno's for making our special day that much...

Bruno’s Italian in Broken Arrow is an amazing place to eat and run by amazing people. I placed an order through Door Dash, and go figure, Door Dash bungled everything up. But this wasn’t a normal order. It was for a grieving family that just lost a family member. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and they wanted to help me get this meal to the family I was ordering for. They went out of their way to have someone drive the meal to the family and drop it off for them. Not a delivery driver, a hostess. I spoke with Jeno (sp?) and he was so happy to do this for the family going through their loss. He was great to talk to! Thank you! As for the food! The family sent pictures and talked about how incredible it all was! I’m jealous I did not get to try it personally. But they’d never been to Bruno’s before and said they’re now looking forward to going themselves. They deserve your business! They’re good people and the food is great!

Full disclosure, I've known Gino and Joni for about 20 years. I've eaten almost everything on the menu at their previous restaurants. Now on to the review. The bread was hot and very tasty. Today I had spaghetti the works as my introduction to Bruno's. It was wonderful. The entire waitstaff was excellent with 1 exceptional. I got my bread before anyone took my drink order. However 4 people stopped within the next few minutes to ask for it. I count that as just opening week stuff. I'm sure as they get into the rhythm of the place they'll flow like clockwork. Everyone I observed seemed to be enjoying themselves and the food. The menu is pretty close to Gino's with a few variations. I stopped by after attending the gun show and thus dined alone today. However I'll be bringing the wife up Friday on date night to introduce her to Bruno's. Congratulations Gino & Joni. Glad you're still serving great food

TLDR: the food was kinda bland, the tables felt crowded, our server was pleasant though. This restaurant had a card fee. Bruno’s was very mid. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it didn’t have enough sauce for my preference. Felt more like buttered noodles than Alfredo. After eating the food, I feel heavy and greasy and like I don’t want to eat for the rest of the day. The environment was alright. The restaurant itself was cute but the set up of the tables made me feel like I was too close to the other tables. I also was not expecting there to be an itemized card fee. Each item was more expensive because we paid via card instead of cash. This personally gives me an ick as we are moving toward a cashless society. And I was unaware of the card fee until paying. This may have been displayed somewhere perhaps on the menu in a discreet location.. but I did not see this and it was not mentioned.
