On October 29, 2022, I was attending the State Band competition at BA Memorial High School Stadium to support my son and the BA Pride. I parked in your Domino’s parking lot not seeing your small signs posted on the fence. While I realize you have a legal right to tow cars parked in your parking lot, you are also towing potential future customers (one of which I will not be nor my son) and taking a very confrontational point of view toward your parking lot. This event was only one day and I believe that a position of tolerance on your part would have been a better approach than tow every vehicle on your lot. I was at the tow company at 12:00 midnight along with 7 or 8 other high school kids and parents looking for titles in order to get our vehicles back after paying almost $400. I, too, am a small business owner in BA and you should support the community and be a productive business partner instead of costing the community their hard earned money and giving yourself a black eye. Take the high road on home Friday night football games and certain band competition nights by waiving your tow policy. These high school kids are your customers and you selected this location across from the high school to gain these high school kids as customers during their lunch breaks and towing them one night when there is a home game or a band competition is very short sighted and in the long run may end up costing...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADS TO POOR REVIEWS
I ordered online using the Domino’s Tracker. Hit “I’m here” and according to the current promotion if you don’t receive your food in 2mins it’s free. I had already paid online. The store stopped my timer and then took another 5mins to bring me my food. It wasn’t until I called the store and asked if someone was going to bring it out, that someone actually came out. And when I asked about my food being free they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. I already paid online and wasn’t going to get the money back, fine. I let it go and left a one star review bc the women was rude and after waiting for 7-8mins totally not 2my food wasn’t free. THE KICKER — The women from the store proceeded to call my husband (his number is attached to the domino’s account) and yell at him for leaving a bad review. Read moreThis is the best tasting Domino's Pizza I've ever had. The delivery was fast and EARLY. There was a bit of a mixup trying to find the delivery location but the driver was quick to apologize and the food was SO good I can't complain.
Edit: The pizza has tasted different every single time and we basically get the same thing every time. There's definitely some consistency problems. Also this latest time, they delivered our food to a neighbor I guess?? Anyway we didn't end up getting our food until about an hour and a half after we ordered with no offer to comp it or discount it. Our house isn't hard to find, it's in a neighborhood and works fine on Google maps so I don't know what the issue is but I probably won't be ordering from this Domino's again.
