Staff is so unorganized. Cashier looked to be so disappointed. Cashier didnt even bother to ask staff members if they still have the requested donuts (glazed). She Didnt say anything, just gave us a hard stare like " IDGAF" hurry up and move on. At that point i realized she dont give a fu*k so i ordered two drinks, pointed out the donuts i wanted,how many, listened for my total, and handed her my card. Then she handed me my donuts and told me the drinks will be right up. I waited 5 mins and the other staff was kind enough to asked me what i was waiting for. Told him the 2 specific drink. He apologize and said "we'll get right to it" another 5 mins gone by and he told us they're out of caramel. Can't make the second drink, we'll have to substitute for something else. By now I'm getting a little bit impatient. 10 mins for 2 drinks? So i told him to just make 2 of the same drink. As he's making the second drink another employee shows up with an unopen box of caramel. He then informed me that they found a box of caramel and asked if i still wanted the same drink. I told him im still interested in the original drink i ordered. So i guess he stopped the second drink he was making and told the employee that found the caramel to make my original drink. And God knows what the hell was he doing behind that counter. It took that employee 10 mins just to make 1 caramel Machiato. Read moreEvery time I come here there is always an issue with my donuts. I mainly come for the coffee which is delicious but the donuts are just not what it used to be. On top of that it’s a bunch of kids running the store who doesnt know how to provide good quality customer service. Today my family went though the drive through to order chocolate covered donuts. Same kind we typically get anywhere else that all comes out the same. Well I opened our box and it was just a plain donut with chocolate frosting to cover the donut. When I asked my fiancé to go take them back because that is not what we paid for, he came back with the same TWO that I specifically said I didn’t care to have. He spoke with a girl named Alyssa who said they ran out of chocolate so they ran to Walmart to get “cheap Walmart frosting” (her words, and honestly would’ve been mine too) and offered to give us another one which there was hardly none do to it being “Labor Day Weekend” her words again. She didn’t even offer to give our money back instead she said she would write our name down and we could come back to get half a dozen free ones. I’m not happy, and think it’s pretty crappy customer service to make people pay for something and not even provide the same quality to match it. I get things happen, people run out of stuff all the time. But at LEAST LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW BEFORE THEM handing over their money and then when taking it back in letting them know you guys just got cheap stuff to replace it. Completely...
Read moreThere are issues with the organization and management at this location that cannot be over looked.
The parking lot is not an appropriate size to accommodate customers and, for the people who were able to snag a parking spot, it is quite difficult to get out of the lot. The people in the drive through are using the exit lane instead of the entrance lane thus blocking the parked cars into their spots. The drive through line also goes out into the street making it quite dangerous.
Another planning issue has to do with the interior of the Dunkin. There is hardly any seating available and with only one tiny trash can available causing it to overflow constantly. Thus leading to a less than pleasant experience.
The workers are under trained and the management under qualified. The donuts are all labled incorrectly which is a safety hazard for people with allergies. The staff has a difficult time telling the donuts apart and often times need the customer to help them. The management does not seem to be helpful. In fact, when placed with an issue, instead of accommodating the customers, the manager refers them to call corporate and wait on hold with them for hours over something they could have done themselves.
On top of all of this, the coffee is mediocre and the donuts are cold.
