Ron's Hamburgers & Chili — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

In general, the Ron's franchise provides a great place to grab a delicious burger. Their chili cheese tots are also quite a treat. You'll want to share these. It's too much for one person! I do wish the bun was bigger because I love a thin burger, but I don't love the extra meat hanging off the sides without enough bun to cover it.

This BA location severely needs a makeover. If I could give the atmosphere negative stars, I would. The signs are faded, part of the kitchen area is fully open so my view during my dining experience included workers getting ice out of the ice machine and putting stuff in/taking stuff out of the refrigerator. It feels like a wall should be put up, and there is plenty of space to do it. I can get over those issues, but there's one thing that will probably prevent me from returning to this particular Ron's location. This might sound a little ridiculous to some, but I have a mild phobia of booth seats that have rips in them exposing the spongy bits. It just grosses me out. Every single booth at this location has significant rips. They are OLD and overused. The cushion in the seat is also lumpy and bumpy and not comfortable at all.

Last but not least... Fox News on both televisions. Do better. Put it on a local channel or something. It's like you're intentionally trying to run off customers with that mess.

Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the visit to Ron's today. We are frequent customers who haven't been by in a while. So we all get our usual orders (bacon cheese fries, jumbo double cheese with fries, and I had the patty melt with bacon cheese tots).As always, excellent quality, hot and fresh, cooked to order. We will always be Ron's customers. What I really want to brag on was the service. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most personable, caring, all business individuals ever. Her name is Chelsea. Just doing the job would have been enough but she went above and beyond in my opinion. I had trouble with my debit card that was eventually resolved but took a few minutes. Chelsea set my horrible anxiety at rest and assured me there was absolutely no hurry and that we had all been there before. She even set me up with a to go drink after I forgot to order initially. I have to tell you we will always visit but Chelsea made sure we were customers for life! I wish I could do more to show my appreciation for her service to her fellow human. Chelsea absolutely exemplifies EXCELLENT CUSTOMER...

The family and I have been going here for years. We have had carry out as many times as dine in. The last few times we’ve had carry out something has been missing from the order. This time my wife ordered the chicken and jalapeños along with the other three meals. We get home, she opens her container of food only to find fried jalapeños! Since we don’t not live close driving back was not an option. I called back and spoke with Chuck, the acting manager. He told me I was wrong, there’s was chicken included with the meal. I corrected him, there was none! I ask for the manager but, he would be out until Monday. I called Monday and left a message asking Terry to return my call, no return call. Called back yesterday and then again today, 1-26-23, still no return call. I’m guessing Terry thinks this will go away. Photo attached, let me know if you see chicken with jalapeños in this meal. My wife and I shared my meal so she could eat. We will not go back nor will I suggest anyone dine here. This is a complete disregard for customers...
