"Dash N' Dine" Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Brookfield

Not your typical place that just opened. Large menu with breakfast pancakes, crepes, bagels, etc. Amazing sandwich assortment, soups, freshly baked pastry and dinner special to go. The owners are lovely, friendly and eager to help you pick and choose from the menu. Not an eat in restaurant, everything is to go.

I started with the Fig, Prosciutto, Arugula and Brie on a very large Baguette. For me, its large enough for 2 lunches. Great combination, good quality prosciutto and other ingredients. Very tasty.

My eye caught the pastries, and I bought 1 petite poundcake. Not too sweet, nicely made.

They had a Poblano chicken lasagna special for $11.99. Large enough for 4 to 6 portions. Packed FULL of shredded white chicken, strips of the pepper with onions and corn, not tons of noodles, seasoned well. The sauce was creamy, velvety, very tasty and can’t be heart healthy. Great for a family, why make it when you can get this quality to take home??

All in all, Dash n’ Dine is a great addition for meals to go just off Super 7 in Brookfield. Very reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back to try some of the crepes and...

The place is small, but not cramped, and is very well laidout. It's spotlessly clean, too. The menu is surprisingly large, with many flavors, textures, and cuisines represented. The staff were very personable, and happy to offer their input when asked. We had an avocado toast, a Tuscan chicken sandwich, and a prosciutto, brie, and fig baguette. They were generous in size and delicious to boot.

I was also impressed with the fact that the owners- despite the fact that Dash 'n Dine has only been open for a few weeks- already knew and were friendly with so many of their customers. Having so many obvious repeat customers so soon bodes well for their success down the road. But again, considering how much we enjoyed our sandwiches, it's easy to understand how it's happened. The exuberant owner/chef greeted us immediately. She explained all the wonderful services and the menu that she and her staff offered. We sat down in the only spot inside-a wrought iron table and 2 chairs. The fresh made to order protein bowl was so delicious- and it was such a generous serving that I was able to take half home for dinner. I also ordered their coffee and I can report that it was strong but unlike other brands we won’t mention- it was smooth.. YUM to everything!! And the prices were very reasonable too!

Btw- hubby only wanted coffee and pastry. He had one of their homemade croissants-yes they bake lots of super fresh and delicious items- and as expected it was fantastic!
