Femi's Pizza Party of Brookhaven — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I started supporting this business a few months before the switch of ownership. Under the previous owners, the customer service was great. I would place my order and the pizza was ready. Once it transitioned to Femi Pizza Party, the service has not been the same. You are waiting for pizza for an hour or MORE. The new owner and staff are very unorganized which is ashamed because they have another location. I purchased three pizzas tonight, and two of them had half done cheese. The pepperoni pizza looked like it was thrown around in the box. The pizza crust was soggy like it was in water, and there was a large amount of grease sitting at the top which was disgusting. We threw all the pizza in the trash where it belonged. The guy with the dirty bandanna should NOT be handling any food there. His nails were dirty before and I was so glad he was on cheesesteaks that night. When I saw him handling the pizza today, I became nauseated. All the employees should have hair nets on. I tried to give this place a chance to transition, but it has been a month or two and they are still an unorganized MESS. The new owners will say the pizza is the same. I am sorry to say sir, but it is NOT. After receiving the horrible pizza today, I will no longer support...

This place is consistent. Best cheesesteak -- tasty, not greasy, not skimpy with the meat, really good roll. Pizza very good, albeit a bit too salty. Crust not thin or thick. The fries are fantastic -- crispy and not salted (salt your own fries!), and they know how to pack them so they don't get soggy. The person who takes my order over the phone is always pleasant. Been in there a few times and everyone was friendly. I usually get delivery and their delivery times are shorter than others and always arrive before said time. The delivery driver I usually get is a sweetheart (usually on Friday nights -- the one who likes the Fall!) so I show my appreciation with a nice tip. They had the best tuna hoagies but I'm told they can't get the tuna anymore so they don't have them. Bummer. I miss their tuna hoagie! Other places use dark tuna, so I'll have to make my own. I’ve ordered from this place a few times now, and unfortunately, it’s been a consistently mediocre experience each time. This last order was no different. Every time I’ve called for delivery, I end up on hold for 10 minutes before they can even take my order. Super frustrating, but anyway This time, after waiting on hold I ordered 12 boneless wings and a chicken wrap, and a with a delivery tip, the total came out to $39 definitely not cheap for what I received. When the food arrived, the wrap was soggy, which made the fries feel like they were drenched in water. Not a great texture, to say the least. As for the boneless wings? Complete letdown. They had no crunch whatsoever—more like mushy meatballs than crispy wings. Definitely not what I was expecting. Given my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s just been consistently disappointing, and I can’t see myself ordering...
