Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. I arrived at 6:40, entered the restaurant to find pure chaos: 15 customers standing around griping about the wait for their food, no one taking orders at the register, and DoorDash and UnerEats drivers frantically trying to contact their customers saying food is unavailable, requesting substitutions. I should have left at that point but didn’t. Instead I ordered and paid on the app and got an estimated ready time of 6:46 to 6:56. I stood inside throughout that window of time and never saw a single order completed for any of those waiting before me. At 6:56 my app notified me that my order was ready for pickup. Still no one at the register or in the front of the restaurant at all. I finally flagged down one of the food preparers to ask about my order”ready” order and was told that it was not ready and in fact of the four things I ordered, two (pot pie and potato wedges) were not available at all that evening and the other two (chicken) were backed up at least an hour with all the people standing around ahead of me waiting for chicken. I asked to cancel the order but they will not do that at the restaurant. The app has no cancel option although the chat function says that it does. The chat function also has no agents available to chat ever. Rather than wait longer than another hour I left with no food and there still is no way to get a refund. Read moreCool so it's 11:33am on July 13th. I literally JUST left the KFC/Taco Bell. I usually go at night with my husband bc we love the lady who is usually there however the morning shift people are different from the night shift COMPLETELY. I went there with intentions of getting the build your own craving box and the drive thru person said they don't have it. I said okay let me look for something else. In the meantime my husband ordered a two piece meal and got a drink. I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. The drive thru person on the speaker says "I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful but we're on a timer so you know what you want?" Mind you I work at another fast food place I'm aware of the timers for drive thru but you just told me you don't have what I wanted so I have to have time to order. I then decide to go with the crunch wrap supreme. We come around to the window and he gives us our total I say to the drive thru person the number 4 right ? He says you wanted the meal? I said yes please he sighed and then inserted the meal I asked for a raspberry tea with no ice for the drink he says okay and we park for them to bring it out. My husbands chicken was fine and correct. However his fries were cold, old and greasy and my crunch wrap was thrown together with black marks on it from an unclean grill and falling apart in the bag. Read moreIt was a Friday evening and pouring like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45pm pick up. I went to the drive thru to pick my order up because I had a one year old and 4 year old in the car and didn’t want to get them out of the car in the bad weather. I was told to pull around to the front of the store which I did. Maybe 5 minutes later a gentleman came out to say they had to make mac and cheese and it was gonna take about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I apologized automatically and the guy said don’t apologize it is your food. So I waited the time for them to make it and then I happened to look up from what I was doing in the car and the the female employee was standing at the front door. She came out to hand me my food even though I could tell she was worried about the weather. Thank you for helping a parent out. It is not always easy getting all of the kids out of the car and I appreciate both staff members on their own coming out to talk with us and then also came out to deliver the food to our car. Definitely went above and beyond....
