Arguably the worst experience I’ve had at any Taco Bell, or fast food establishment. Decided to visit this location on 06/06/21, and regret even wasting my time in their drive through. There were no cars in the line when I pulled to the speaker for order. The employee who took my order was the only one with a professional attitude. After paying, I was asked to pull to the parking lot to wait (not a big deal, but confusing as we only ordered a few tacos and a wrap). I noticed after pulling in to the parking lot that there is no numbering system, so I hoped that they wrote a vehicle description for reference on the order, as by this time other cars have now ordered behind me and were also directed to the parking lot. From this point on, it was like watching toddlers learn shapes. The blue haired “manager” who has a badge that says shift lead, is walking the parking lot in confusion playing “guess who” with orders. Finally, she describes part of my order, so I ask about the rest of it to ensure nothing was missed, she responds with “yeah..I was just giving a few examples but it’s all in there” with attitude and annoyance. We head home, and find that it looks like our food order was made by Edward scissor hands. Every item in the bag, was just mush. The tacos looked like they were thrown against a wall, and the wrap looked like someone hand shredded it and tried to put it back together (not very successfully I’ll add). I place all of the items on a paper plate and return to the restaurant (lucky I can’t attach an image, because I have a picture of it). They still do not allow anyone inside which I fail to understand, I can only assume it’s in hopes that when people realize they’re receiving horrible food on top of horrible service it will dissuade them from being able to complain. After knocking on the dining room door, a younger employee answers, I show him the plate and even he is in disbelief at what we received. I ask for the manager and to my surprise it’s the blue haired manager referenced earlier; it was at this time I was made aware that she is the “manager”. She asks me if that’s how I received it with a tone, I explain that’s exactly how I received it and I turn down her offer to remake the order and explain that I want a full refund and them no longer touching my food. She rolls her eyes, with attitude again. Lastly, since they don’t allow guests inside they seem to have gotten complacent in letting the cleanliness lapse. The restaurant looked disgusting behind the counter. Maybe the owner of the franchise will address it? Good luck staying open with that slop of a restaurant. Will never...
Read moreOnce upon a time fast food was usually of consistent quality where ever and whenever you purchased it. Generally the employees where at least courteous and literate. That is not the experience you'll get at Brookhaven's Taco Bell/KFC. The food is insipid and haphazardly prepared. The staff is outrageously incompetent and unapologetic for providing the customer with the wrong order. They became confrontational when my countenance revealed my sympathy for the fact that most of them were 35+ years old, morbidly obese and still working at a fast food window. Corporation offices won't respond to your complaints despite having to travel 3+ miles to undo an unnecessary faux pas. I won't serve hogs the slop I was given. I wonder if their obesity has anything to do with the missing ingredients required to fulfill my order. Go to the Taco Bell/KFC on Macdade...
Read moreStopped here on the way to PHL airport on May 30th. Got "parked" to wait for our order "due to the size of the order." Then sat and watched as the proceeded to park every single car that came through the drive through after us as well. Parking spaces are limited due to construction so it was a mess. No order number or vehicle description so employees were coming out going car to car to guess which orders went where. Got to the airport parking lot and proceeded to open our order, found out a chicken quesadilla we ordered and were charged for was missing. Couldn't drive back due to our flight, so emailed customer service with the exact location and time of our order and what happened. Gave them a month to make things right and still nothing. Lesson learned: don't come here, go...
