My family and I usually eat from this restaurant once or twice a month. Our bill normally runs close to 70$ since it is 5 of us. Today I called to place an order for just two of us. I called at 7:21 while my fiance was in the store, and was told that it will be 15 minutes. When my fiance got in the car, she said she didn't want chinese tonight, so I called the restaurant back 6 minutes after my initial call to cancel what I ordered for my fiance only. I was told that I could not do that and the food was ready to be picked up. I was appalled at being told that I couldn't cancel my order, but nonetheless I remained calm and told her that I only want half of the meal. However she began to over talk me and tell me that I have to get all of it and that I am wasting food and I need to come get it. At this point I am beyond livid and I advised her that she was being very rude and I no longer want any of it and that I will never visit her establishment again and ended the call. About five minutes later she calls me and says that she never wants my business again. I hung up. She called right back from a different number to repeat that she does not want my business anymore, I responded to her by letting her know I already told her that I would not visit her establishment again and to never call my phone again or I will call the police for harassment. I'll be damned if she didn't call me back again! I answered the phone by saying I'm calling the police, she said go ahead I already called them and you can't come back to my store. When address the female Manger she was rude argumentative and confrontational. Refused to remake order. The issue was finally reconciled with her husband male manger as he gave me a refund. His attitude keep me giving my business. I notice she only carries this nasty attitude and energy with certain customers of darker shade. My final straw was an order that had nuts on it. There was nothing displayed prior to let me know it had nuts so I received the order I politely let her know I was severely allergic to nuts. She refused to remake order saying all she could do was sort nuts out of the order. When I asked to have a cheaper order of basic shrimp fried rice she refused. My order was $14.95 plus extra shrimp and veggies $23. I asked for a refund she refused. I AM DONE! After countless yrs of support I and my Family will no longer support this...
Read moreIt’s always a 5/5. Every time we order. The general chicken/orange chicken is REAL QUALITY chicken, not that hard to chew kind from most Chinese places. Theirs melts in your mouth. Especially if you get the white meat. Boneless spare ribs are tender, easy to chew, delicious. Wonton soup is wonderful. Beef and broccoli is my wife’s favorite. The beef is seasoned and flavored wonderfully. I also highly recommend the cheesesteak eggrolls. They’re like $2.50 a piece and amazing. Steak, cheese, onions, some kind of sauce but 10/10.
My order is always the orange or general chicken white meat, cheesesteak egg roll, wonton soup. Wife gets beef and broccoli or boneless spare ribs.
Portions are great, fair prices, great service. Clean kitchen and dining room. Only Chinese we order from anymore....
