Mr Wings Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I always liked Mr Wings salads so that is why I still stop by once and a while. This is the second day I ordered a Chicken Ceasar Salad and the salad was delicious but customer service I am not too pleased with. Yesterday I got in the car and when I looked in my bag there were no napkins or plastic wear.

You know when your ready to dig in and wait a minute...do I have to use my fingers? Thank God I didn't pull off yet so I went back in and got what was missing.

Well its Day 2 and I am sitting in my car writing this review. Something told me to open my bag before leaving the store...

Lo and behold there were no napkins and plastic wear in the bag AGAIN. I actually said it out loud and the one girl who was there yesterday mumbled something under her breath while the other young lady looked at her and just got the plastic ware and apologized.

Mr Wings get your customer service in order because even though the food is good your workers can turn your customers off and make us not even want to...

So i came in and order a salad $13.99 i paid with my card inside the first time i had made a mistake and hit the x button so the cashier had to redo it. Seen the total $14.32 i swipe and leave. Few days later see a $17 charge on my card call the store they ask me did u get a soda or something i go no then they try to tell me i left almost a %40 tip on a order i walked in and ordered and picked up when i know i didn't leave a tip because i hit the ex button. So basically someone added a soda onto my order after fact (its convenient that soda and my missing money the same price) then cashed out that money as a tip. So basically they are stealing and not expecting you to look at the extra charges they adding to your card after fact. I have been ordering from Mr Wings for years and for the most part the experience was always good from service to food and delivery time. However, last night the counter girl answered my call and asked me to hold. She promptly put the phone down and continued to take orders from incoming calls...I wait...and wait.I hang up and call back and ask her why she left me waiting with the phone on the counter. She says "EXCUUUSSEE MEEEE" as if I actually dared to ask.She proceeds to call me an effing b and hang up on me. This goes on for two additional calls I placed asking to speak to the manager. Finally a man answered and I can hear her screaming the same in the background . I certainly hope there weren't any customers in the store at the time. Very classy. Mr Wings never again. You lost my business I'm only hoping the owner sees this. It occurred Thursday...
