Brookhaven Market & Delicatessen — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I have lived in Brookhaven for over 30 years and have also been a customer of their's for as long. I use this store to buy lunch meats which as always fresh & reasonably priced. The one time I had an issue and brought it back they quickly replaced it and gave me an extra 1/4 pound for my trouble. This has been the only time in 30 years that I had an issue. Where they really shine is with their sandwiches. They are made to order and are always jam packed with meats, cheeses, etc. It doesn't seem to matter much who is making them, they are always big. If you add the fact that they are inexpensive, it makes them a good value. The store is small and can get quite crowded so sometimes you have to wait a bit but I have never felt this was a problem. Great prices on lunch meats. Some deals on snacks buy everything else is TOO MUCH. oh and there hoagies fell off...they used to be really good but they aren't the same...they even got cheaper in price so that should tell you something... nevertheless I shop here for lunch meat..

Update-2019

Hoagies getting worse...if you don't eat it immediately, by time you make it home, its soaked the paper, and you're eating a a soggy hoagie. Plus they don't even give you any meat on it. And the new older lady in the back has a nasty attitude! Something off about her. And lastly, the lunch meats are going bad earlier in the fridge. I'm over this deli..Go to Sam and Sams...I hate the line but...

I've had the Turkey hoagie with Cooper Sharp Cheese and on Tuesdays they have $3.99 Meatballs w/ cheese or Hot Roast Beef sandwiches. Every time I go in there to play lotteries the Meats smell so fresh that I find myself walking to the back of the deli ordering. The young lady that works back there is so nice and makes you feel very welcomed. Idk her name but she worked yesterday on April 12th, 2022. I'll Definitely recommend the Brookhaven Deli to other...
