Okay so I come to this Starbucks everyday they know me very well but I noticed if it isn’t the people that I know I don’t get the same results. It’s like if they don’t see you a lot and you don’t see them your experience in my opinion is always terrible. The staff during the morning that I see all the time is amazing but if I go on Sundays and or nights it’s terrible I mean I order the same exact thing everytime I come I spend a lot of money here and just because the people are new or don’t know me or don’t know I’m a everyday regular that shouldn’t change my experience. My drink is a cinnamon dulce latte all the time with oat milk four raw sugars LIGHT ICE and on the days no one recognizes me they don’t ever listen to the light ice part and I get nothing but ice. I get it with extra vanilla cream cold foam and that disappears when too much ice is in the cup which I only ever get the right drink when like I said they know me and that is sad. It shouldn’t be like that at all I spend way to much money here to be worried if the people are new or don’t know me to get my order right. The service is slow when it isn’t the regular people that been there for a while or the people that seem to work Sundays and nights they are just what seems scrambling don’t know what to do when it gets busy and not very polite when you send something back because it’s wrong. I don’t even bother to do that anymore! I really was disappointed today I asked for warmed up pumpkin bread today and got cold they never warmed them the girl was frantic and by herself taken orders through the drive through told me when I asked to pay with card and then cash told me I couldn’t had to be cash first then card and I told her that they done card then cash before for me and she quickly said okay never mind we can do that for you. I didn’t understand that it was just awful, drink was made wrong, I could tell there was two percent and not my oat milk and it was just a bad experience and always is like I said on Sundays and nights other days the people that been there for a while or are morning during the week are great! Read moreI order several times a week from this location. Lately, my drink is different each and every time. For almost $7, I should not have to worry about inconsistencies! I have gone back three different times and believe me, I should have gone back many, many, many, more times than this! Once, they said they knew their White Mocha wasn't dispensing correctly so they issued me a refund. This made me question why they even gave me the drink to begin with...knowing it wouldn't taste as I was requesting!?! Dont get me wrong, I was happy to get my money back vs. Getting a drink I would just pour down the drain. Now again, I have the same issue and can tell it doesn't have white mocha and this was weeks later and so I went back and they made another that was just as bad. Didn't even look like my drink normally looks. I literally poured it down the drain. Lastly, the first time I had an issue, I looped back around the drive thru and told the person at the window only to be yelled at and questioned as if I was trying to score a free drink or something. I didn't ask for anything other than my drink to be re-made! She actually said well you should have ordered ahead or on the app if you want it to be right?!?! I was astonished!!!! Im actually surprised I went back. I didn't for about 6 months and I never saw that particular employee again. If I had, I don't think I would have continued going to this location. I will say, I'm now done with this location. I can't keep pouring my money down the drain. I will go to Media where I've never ever had an issue! They actually will not make the drink if it's malfunctioning and ask you if you want an alternative when you get there. They will even help with a suggestion. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this store today and was very disappointed. Initially I passed off the especially slow service, stressed appearing employees, and completely sloppy grilled cheese as a glitch and result of a busy day. I stayed to get some work done in the cafe and ordered a Honey Citrus Mint tea before I left. Instead of steamed lemonade, honey blend, and 2 different tea bags, they tried to pass off steamed peach juice with a splash of lemonade and one jade citrus mint tea bag as my drink. I thought I saw them making something that wasn't my drink, then it was out of my view and over at the drive-thru window. When I asked where my drink was it was brought back and given to me, unlabeled. I double checked and asked if it was the drink I ordered and was told yes. I thought maybe I just missed them making the drink that I ordered and they were swapped. It tasted awful. When I brought it back in and said that there's something wrong with this drink another employee offered to remake it for me and then the first employee admitted that they were out of peach tea bags so they use peach juice instead. I was in the store the entire time the drink was being made they could have asked me if that was okay, but didn't and the attitude I received from the person who made it was rude. I'd love to say that I don't plan to come back to this Starbucks but honestly I usually love Starbucks and will probably hope for a better experience next time since there aren't any other...
