Toco Grill — Restaurant in Brookhaven

Nicely rated place so had to check it out. Firstly this place is pricey, it’s not an issue if the food is also at that tier. Pitas Laffas on menu, chicken/meat quality is easily best part of this place. Sauces are poor quality and no taste. Ingredients are fresh, but gotta tell them to not bring the wetness to the wrap. Fries are once again pricey but good. Overall the wraps will fill you up, they are just not fulfilling when it comes to taste. The place is dirty, mops out, dust on everything, nothing organized, if you are detailed you will notice the dirtiness. A place with no organization somehow has a nice ordering system through a touchscreen POS. I think I spent a little over $25. I can’t understand why someone would not go across the street to Ameers for More than half off the food, and still holds quality. Seems to be a Cultural difference at the end of the day. I've been here before, but this time it was very un-hygenic and off-putting. . . It was super disturbing to watch the guy prepping the sandwich before mine by touching the food with his (gloved) hands instead of using a utensil like tongs:

First he touched the salad, pickles or whatever else went on that sandwich. Then he touched the meat, closed up the sandwich, and proceeded to give a quick "wipe" with SAME (gloved) hands on the countertop, and then wipe them on his jeans(!!)

Then came my sandwich . . . I considered walking out, but had already paid, so I took it. This shouldn't happen. This is not the way things should be done in a sandwich shop. Please keep your standards...

So sad so bad Kosher restaurants and it’s great but if you can’t serve a fast delivery that make your food arrive hot or worm so don’t offer Price super fair
