Che Butter Jonez isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a novo elegant hip vibe that sets the perfect stage for a business meeting or special evening out, particularly for those looking to spoil their loved ones with a delicious burger. The Queens NY native-owned establishment truly brings something unique and deeply satisfying to the Atlanta and Dekalb County dining scene. I recently celebrated an evening out here, as hubby was craving a truly exceptional burger, and Che Butter Jonez absolutely delivered. As someone who is incredibly particular about burgers due to calorie considerations – demanding fresh, high-quality toppings, hot fries, and an amazingly tasty sauce – I can confidently say I was not disappointed. Every detail was executed with precision and care. I opted for the "Who Wants Beef" – their superior Angus Beef Burger with Cheddar cheese, lettuce, and fresh tomato, served with perfectly hot fries for $15.25. The veggies on the burger were incredibly fresh, and the green sauce was indeed amazing; ask for the green sauce. I'm already looking forward to trying their fish sandwiches and salads, anticipating the same level of freshness! A dining companion, feeling adventurous, chose "THAT SH!T SLAMBING" – a smashed lamb burger adorned with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and jalapeños, all brought together with a unique herb sauce, also accompanied by fries for $16.50. I have to raved about the unique flavor profile and the perfect combination of ingredients. To complete our meal, we indulged in two slices of their Biscoff cheesecake and two soda pops. The cheesecake was the absolute best – a delightful sweet ending to a perfectly savory meal. I took my slice home and frozen it. I cut up the one slice and made small cheese cake frozen bites. Beyond the incredible food, the dedication to service and quality. Having recently passed a few food safety courses, I paid close attention and was thoroughly impressed by their high inspection rating, impeccable cleanliness, and an unmatched vibe. We observed a group of business professionals enjoying a business dinner meeting nearby, a testament to the restaurant's versatile appeal for both intimate dates and professional gatherings. The married duo behind Che Butter Jonez has truly created something special. If you're pondering whether it's worth the drive, the answer is a resounding yes. This restaurant genuinely "left no crumbs," both literally and figuratively. For ladies planning to honor or spoil their love, this is the absolute best date spot. Go, and prepare to be amazed by this truly lovely restaurant.
I'm sorry that there are no photos - we ate our food quickly. Next time I will...
Read moreI was in the area and looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. While scrolling on Yelp this spot popped up. I recall seeing this restaurant featured on a YouTube series called DIRT. One line I recall from the episode is they described their style of food as refined ratchet!
Based solely off of seeing the YouTube video I decided to give this spot a try. It appears they recently relocated to the new location. It was easy to find using GPS. The parking lot is small, but lucky for me, it was not too crowded when I arrived.
I was immediately greeted when I walked inside. Service is something I value when I spend my hard earned coins. As such, the level received from this restaurant did not go unnoticed. When I approached the counter to order I was instructed to scan the barcode to view the menu. I really wanted to try the lamb burger as it is what they are known for.. the issue is I don't really eat red meat, but love the taste of lamb. Since I did not want to have an upset stomach, I opted for the salmon burger which includes Salmon, lettuce and tomato and an herb sauce on a bun. All sandwiches are served with fries. I did not place an order for a drink, but was offered a cup of water, which I appreciated.
I sat at one of the many tables in the restaurant and waited maybe 10 minutes for my food to arrive. First thing I noticed is that the salmon was NOT over cooked. One thing I can not stand is over cooked salmon! So many people get it all wrong, but not at Che Butter. When I took my first bite- I was sold. The bread was fresh, as were the vegetables on the sandwich . Additionally, I loved the flavorful yet simple herb sauce that was included on the sandwich. I also enjoyed the fries. I appreciate that they were not salty.
It is probably a good thing that this spot is not closer to my house because they would get all of my money. I highly recommend checking this spot out! I look forward to patronizing them again the next time I am in the area! Job well done with both the service provided and the amazing...
Read moreWe spent our #foodiefridayswitht_vfooduniverse at @chebutterjonez and it was a great time. Here are the highlights of our amazing meal:
That Shit Slambing♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Smash lamb Burger with all of the fixings. The cook on the lamb was amazing, and they didn't over dress it, which we loved! That Che Sauce was also a big hit with us!!
Arrogant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full salmon filet with beef bacon. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the beef bacon was meaty, thick, and had that nice caramelized crust you want on well cooked bacon. Our favorite burger of the night!!
ODB ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Beef double patties with smoked gouda and halal beef bacon. This thing has chimichurri sauce on the top bun and Verde sauce on the bottom. The two sauces in separate places made for a unique flavor experience in which taste was different the further down the burger. So good!!
We also had dessert that was made by a local artisan.
The restaurant also has beer from tap and canned onsite.
The restaurant also provided great customer service, was very clean, and the following up service and explanation of all dishes. We really loved our experience and will be back really soon! #odb #oldirtybastard #burgerheaven #bestburgers #atlantablogger #atlantaeats #T_vfooduniverse #foodiegrams #foodiesofinstagram #atlantaeverything #foodiereels #foodexplorer #atlantaphotographer #foodiesofatlanta #atlantaadventures #foodiefridays...
