STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE -- IT IS GHETTO ASIAN TRASH. (see Yelp review too)

They DO NOT care about customers, and that is JUST as important! I realize more than EVER that this is just another BOOTLEG foreign restaurant that TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE. They try and make the customers make things convenient for THEM! Tell me what real business does this. None! This place needs to be shut down!

I just ordered delivery from here for the umpteenth time of giving them chances -- and spending LOTS of money and there was an extremely rude lady who didn't care that me and my guest had been waiting over an HOUR FOR FOOD. No apology, no credit, didn't throw anything in -- that's how a lot of mom n pop foreign restaurants are; they treat customers like dirt while raking in the dough.

The driver finally called after an hour and was demanding that I come outside to get my food -- which has happened before with drivers from there. He LIED telling me that they don't come inside my apartment and that he needs a code to get out the gate, which is not true. He kept standing me down that that is the case, while I as a RESIDENT SHOULD KNOW! He also kept denying that I've ever had a driver come to my door! How did I get the previous orders then??

The crazy driver decided to drive off with the food I'd already paid for.

I called these PSYCHOS back at the store and long story short DEMANDED A REFUND WHICH I HAVE YET TO SEE IN MY ACCOUNT. The lady was EXTREMELY NASTY, repeating "thank youuuu, thank youuuuu" over and over again in my ear when I told her I was gonna tell people to stay away from this nightmare "restaurant". The driver got on the phone and LIED AGAIN saying that he delivered the food on time LOL...unbelievable.

I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I have already thrown their menu in the trash. :))) They were a backup anyway because I used to ORDER FROM CHINA DRAGON, which is SO MUCH BETTER, has BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, and HAS BETTER FOOD; but they don't deliver here where I live now, which is a huge bummer. I will travel a long distance now to go to CHINA DRAGON instead of conveniently ordering RUDE DELIVERY FROM THIS...

I spent 12 dollars and some change on a 10 piece mild order of wings. When the owner brings the wings out, they were completely raw and appeared as if someone put some clear finger nail polish on them as a gloss. There was no sauce on the wings and the chicken did not have a brown spot any where on the chicken. I told the owner that the chicken was raw and he assured me that they were done. He went so far as to say that they were over cooked. Another customer was in line next to me and I asked him if they were done. He totally agreed with me. Because I was on my way to work, I left with the wings and upon arrival, I showed them to my other colleagues and they were shocked that someone could serve something like that. They told me to go in the break room and nuke them for about 15 minutes to get them done. I decided against that and tossed in the trash. I will never return to the Wingnuts restaurant on Briarcliff Rd next to the Rocky's liquor store. I use to eat from there years ago and they were decent. They must have changed Management or changed cooks, either way, the establishment lost at least 12 potential customers because of me....

This place has terrible customer service and tried to milk me for every dime I had! I spent close to 75 bucks on wings and drinks and appetizers (mostly wings) and, not only did they forget the drinks I ordered, but I also didn't get a single container of ranch or bleu cheese. I called to ask about it and was told that dipping sauces don't come with wings at all and that I'd have to pay an additional 75 cents per container! The person I spoke to did inform me, however, that she would send the driver back out with my drinks. All of this happened around 10:30/11:00p.m. We waited around expecting that within the next hour the driver would call or come back around with the rest of my order. At 2:56 a.m. I got a call from the driver asking if it was still ok to bring the drinks by explaining that he would still have to go back to the store to pick them up and that if not he could bring them by sometime the next night. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more of my money or time. I hope others have had a better experience than I but I certainly won't be giving them another...
