Please tell your young lady that makes sandwiches, she made mine at 7:30pm Thursday June 6, that I apologize for forgetting to ask for oil and vinegar, it dawned on me that I forgot right before the other person was about to cut the sandwich that I forgot to ask for it, I felt as though she showed me her attitude which was not nice, as though I did the worst thing by forgetting. She had some kind of negative vibe with me she never smiled and appeared very friendly. I should have said that was OK to not wanting the sandwich but the guy that rung me up was friendly from the time I walked in. After she put on the oil and vinegar, I said thank you and she said nothing, so I said to her your welcome. I considered that absolutely rude, to not say your welcome and I know she heard me. I live close to this one, I rather drive to Champlin in order not to encounter her again, the distance is equal. She really acted like I did something to her by forgetting, bad customer service, back in the day I would have been let go from McDonald's with that kind of attitude 😑. I got cross contaminated when I specified I'm a celiac patient...I felt comfortable placing an order because of how careful Jersey Mike's has been, but when I went in, there was a kid who had no idea my sandwich was made, it wasn't bagged, and he initially handed it to another customer. I lost all confidence at that point, and my suspicions were confirmed about 10 minutes after eating my food.

I'm just incredibly disappointed. I am bed bound when I have these exposures that shouldn't have happened, and I'll likely miss work tomorrow too (not to be dramatic, it's just true).
