Not very helpful and friendly. From what I recall, the staff didn’t know too well about their testing process. I went here because it was one of the few places that still offered free testing that results in 3-5 days. I registered for that one. Little did I know they inadvertently gave me a rapid which costed money. How does that even happen? I just found out several months later when I got the bill for it.
Update: I had called ahead of time at one of the Hyvee stores and asked if the covid testing was free and they said yes without stating it was based on insurance coverage. They did not have the earliest time available so I went with the Brooklyn Park location instead. There is only one test offered at the Brooklyn Park location from what was responded to me via email despite Hyvee website offering a variation of covid tests at select locations. BP may not have been one of them and I didn’t know. There were three types of tests. I chose the free testing option (results in 3-5 days) and was led to another website “eTrueNorth” to register. FYI the other two would have kept me under the Hyvee website. It then asked me to select multiple types of covid tests I wanted done. Obviously I assumed it knew I wanted free testing cause I already clicked on FREE from the Hyvee website but be careful of not selecting anything other than the molecular test to see if there is one available at this store. That may have been why I was issued a bill cause I assumed the selections were free when I got redirected to this website. I don’t recall if I selected multiple or just the actual free covid test. When it provides you a list of options, it can be confusing and deceiving of what tests are free or based on...
Read moreEDIT: SO done with this place. After 5+ years of filling the exact same prescription for the same price using the same coupon (don't get me started on how jacked our healthcare system is that we have to use coupons for medicine) they try to tell me that I can't use a coupon for this prescription, and that I was just lucky that they happened to let me get away with it. For FIVE YEAR. That's literally 60 times at the counter doing the exact same thing. (Literally the same pharmacist who'd filled it for me in the past.) I know all they had to do was push a button and we'd have been good. Instead, they're insisting on charging me an additional $220.
I standby the previous review that the staff are generally awesome. And even after declining me, the pharmacist was helpful in trying to find another solution. But this is BS. I just filled the same prescription they were trying to charge me $336 for at CVS for a grand total of $66.

The pharmacy staff is far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Whenever I've had a question or issue, they are genuinely interested in finding a resolution for me. On a couple different occasions they have gone out of their way to find coupons for this or that prescription to save me money. They have called me to make me aware of any issues or whatever, and the last time I went in, the woman (Ashley, I'm pretty sure) was incredibly sweet and chatty with my daughter to the point that she walked away grinning ear to ear and talking about how nice she/they were. I've never really cared much about where I fill my prescriptions, but after the experiences I've had here, I doubt I'll ever be going...
Read moreMy second, and last, "WHAT?" pharmacy experience at this location : The morning pharmacist (Weston 11/6/23 ~8am) had refused to punch in my goodRX. He said GoodRx is an estimate, and that I could just leave the medication if I didn't want to pay the original invoice price in full. Going here will cost me about 200 more per year. Charged me 60 for the should be 13 dollar coupon.
I had the coupon in-hand and asked him twice...but: "Pay invoice price or leave your meds" is what i got from him. Couldn't believe it. His bad morning, became my bad day.
**Update 11/8/2023 The female pharm-associate, brown hair, I wish i had her name, but she reimbursed me. 66% was overcharge after all the taxes/fees get on, so i got 40 bucks back on this one fill... Thank you miss!
