Update 4/2022: FOOD: Honestly, some days the food is just bland. Tastes like nothing. I mean Chipotle is not THE most flavorful food, but you'll know when it tastes like nothing. First world problems...lol.
ORDERING: The online ordering is down like every other day. When it's down, you can see the line forming quickly inside. Not really sure why the ordering system is so bad here. Especially when the other location, a couple miles away ONLY does online ordering with no issues. So it can't be the system itself, right?, unless upper management is that lazy to fix the system's underlying problems. Note, this may not be the problem, just thinking out loud.
Update 10/2021: Of course I had to try the brisket!! I find that going into the building is a lot better. In person, the food was good and the service was good. I have gone in like 5 times for the brisket and have not been disappointed yet. Keep it up!
NEVER go here. This was always my go to place, it's literally minutes from my house. Everytime I order online for pickup/delivery here, there is always something wrong. For example: I pay for double meat, I get regular meat (verified with another bowl). I pay for a chicken bowl, I get a veggie bowl. I buy a barbacoa bowl, the barbacoa is ice cold! I just bought a bowl again today, it was drenched in liquids, soggy, just...no.
I am done with this location. Going to try one of the other 2 further locations...
Read moreWe've always enjoyed coming here but we're definitely going to stop. We love the food but its become so unpleasant stopping by this location. Two of the girls who work here need some serious customer service training. How are you gonna get annoyed because we asked for sauce in one of our bowls and you've ran out? "We're not making anymore sauce for the night!" Oh, ok then. It was literally 5:30 pm. We even politely said thank you to both girls before leaving and they just gave us blank stares. All them nice manners just bottled up somewhere inside, I guess.
This isn't even a "give these workers a break....it's busy everywhere....everyone is short staffed" kinda deal. No excuses. These are just bad attitude workers. It wasn't even busy when we stopped by. There was only a family of three eating in the lobby. There was no line. And the other few times we've been there, everyone is literally just standing around. One worker even held up the line cause he was making food for himself. Even when we've placed an order for pickup, and arrive on time, we're still waiting at the window for our food. We're definitely better off dreaming about eating at Chipotle but actually spending our money...
Read moreThis place is full of young kids/adults who would rather treat this store like it’s a club and close 2 hours early. They always have loud ass music playing from the back kitchen to where you have to yell to order so they can even hear you. They always run out of supplies because they would rather close up early and use the excuse they are out of everything. The workers are also super rude and have a “so what, go somewhere else” attitude. This place needs new management, new workers, new customer service training just go to the location on Jolly lane they have a real management team and workers that actually want to do their job.
NOT SERVE SAFE The employees do not follow serve safe protocols, multiple times I have seen them pick food up off the floor and return it to the counters to be sold. They drop the chip bags on the dirty floor and instead of throwing them out or transfer to a new bag they put it back on the counter to be sold. They have their proteins mixed together because anything that falls between the containers they throw back into the meat containers. They constantly have mystery meat that is no where near what you ordered. The state needs to shut this...
